This Manja pharmaceutical workspace with 475 sq. ft., area located in Everest building, Tardeo, Mumbai is meticulously designed by The Palette by KBs<\/a><\/strong> Interior Design Studio. The multifunctional glass office is well-designed a stylish and effective work ambience was achieved through modern planning with the use of unique materials. It is a successful experiment to play with transparency and interior lighting blend with interior spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Principal Designer Kinjal Bafna<\/a><\/strong> shares that the client brief wanted this office as a multipurpose office with only partners sitting at the office, not too many employees and different businesses being carried out under the same roof. The space was to balance an artistic designer office and a pharmaceutical marketing office. Also, transparency abides faithful to a positive working environment with all efficient light qualities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intent was to create an easy-on-maintenance work environment, rich in a functional luxury infused with creative chronicles. This office is an oasis of tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle. The designer’s feature was to seamlessly integrate essential features such as private cabins, a few workstations, a store room, a pantry, and a restroom. The ceiling is left sober allowing only a flooring surface and lighting fixtures to do all the talking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A welcoming entrance gave an impression of the entire office without disturbing the privacy of the office. The signage in black is emphasised by a wooden texture background with linear patterns. As one enters the office, they are greeted with a small bench in the waiting area. Like an blue onyx finished tile as flooring, back painted glass effect cabinets, and earthy material complement each other. The concept was to create an elegant interior, rich in modern luxe charm, which was achieved through grouping spaces and working around the functions with keen detailing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maximizing natural ventilation, and full-height glass partitions for the cabin give a contemporary look. A small waiting area at the entrance, opening to 3 workstations & 4 cabins. Maintaining symmetry was important to create spaciousness and it is perfect for small office space. As there was not enough natural light, the designer used reflective material like glass. The material selection and the creation of a colour palette are done in the most selective manner and with minimal variation for the workstation desks. Tints of eye-catching with an essence of wooden texture with beige shades which give a very earthy and soothing vibe for furniture. The multifunctional glass office with asymmetrical patterns adds charm by soft-weaved textures adding to the ease and simplicity of the whole look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The office layout has been organized to accommodate a maximum of 3 cabins and each space has been detailed for efficient and comfortable usage. Each cabin has been placed in a way to get maximum daylight. Each space in the office has been designed with great precision of detail. Every detail of the furniture has been worked upon to form a coherent interior. The cabins are designed with orange back-painted finish cabinets and glass finish tables in black to accentuate the interior decor of the cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coming to the main cabin, the designer follows the same theme for the furniture and wall colour palette. While planters and artefacts add charm to the interior d\u00e9cor. Whereas a sofa placed in this cabin with checkers upholstery and a black centre table complement each other elegantly. The selection of blind curtains and white sober ceiling d\u00e9cor accentuates the interior d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The element of light was very important for the office and the designer allowed an ample amount of light to flow through and reflect through the single window at the end of the office. But artificial lighting plays an equally important role in office spaces. Here designer chose accent light fixtures to add allure and luxury to the spatial aesthetics. Colour is added to the muted tone of the walls by integrating the artistic decor which stunningly complements the contemporary feel of the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Design built on a principle of simplicity and modernity, The Palette by KBs<\/a><\/strong> Interior Design Studio led by Kinjal Bafna Sanghvi<\/a><\/strong> begins each project by asking what it means to its users and the context. They strive to balance between the practical and transcendental criteria through constant re-invention in the field. The studio believes that design is harmony \u2013 between man and inner self, finding the purest and most logical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
