The idea was inherent in luxury and elegance in design without being loud and lends a sense of uniqueness to each space. A Timeless Legacy <\/strong>is a 4BHK residence stylishly ornated by S-cube Architects<\/a><\/strong> in a 1700 sq. ft., in Sheth Avalon, Thane, Maharashtra. Different materials on wall surfaces and light experimentation as standalone design features were used to define each space with its unique design character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Principal Architects Ar. Tejas Jain <\/strong>and Ar. Siddhant Salgaonkar<\/strong> shares that this uniquely crafted home creatively blends luxury with comfort! Our entire brief of the design was to make the space feel luxurious while keeping it easy to look at! and Avoiding bling! The idea was of experimenting with contrasting materials and colours to assign them the functionality of this design space. The creative use of art and design is amalgamated together through interior spaces gracefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENTRANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrance is the first thing anyone sees who visits! The modern artistic PU-finished grey panelling perfectly pairs with leather-finished marble flooring and a classic wooden name-plate! As one enters it is kept clutter-free with a modern console table and sleek storage. Modern ceiling design with wooden framing accentuated by a circular lighting fixture and a full-length mirror wall adds charm to the entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MANDIR AREA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sleek storage with flute panelling and layering the Mandir with a pocket door Jaali near the entrance door wall. Creative wall decor with subtle line patterns flowing throughout elegantly. An artistic marble mandir with colourful leaves and floral work adds a serene ambience to the mandir area. While artistic patterns for shelves, stands and lighting fixtures add allure to the d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIVING AREA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This modern and elegant 500 sq.ft , living room uniquely blends luxury with coziness. It is a space that exudes warmth while feeling luxurious for family and friends. The Piano wall was subtly designed with running shelves to give a sense of framing. Warm wooden veneers with white-toned walls displaying love for artwork give the space understated luxurious feel. The elegant ceiling design is well-ornated with symmetrical lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TV unit wall with a marble cladding backdrop and a modern classic storage unit act as an eye-catching decor in this space. The Piano is an eye-pleasing element in this living area which is elegantly emphasised with wooden framing shelves and ornated by selected artefacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A perfect scenario of a cosy yet sophisticated balcony, with the perfect blend of colours and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designers creatively ornate a wall soothingly with black framings and wall paintings which are accentuated by ceiling decor. The different grey tints for the wardrobe with black handles and other decorative elements add charm to the d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A modern grey bed with a heightened grey leatherette headrest and curved theme side tables well accentuated with a pendant light. Aluminium Glass shutter wardrobes, lamination work done on Veneer for base furniture, moulding artwork for bed wall along with green coloured eye-pleasing panelling complementing each other elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This daughter\u2019s bedroom defines tranquillity and harmony in a very neutral tone theme interior. Using light wooden veneer matt polished innovatively, white and beige tones complement elegantly. Along with natural elements like cane and a rough textured white stone wall, it brings a sense of grounded earthy feel that exudes serenity in a very subtle way while making the space look luxurious. Design is all about the details of how a study table fits right in the whole picture for this bedroom. All the decorative elements create and give a scandinavian heaven feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
