The design concept for this interior project centers around the client\u2019s vision of a minimal, contemporary, and clutter-free space<\/strong>.<\/strong> The objective was to create an environment that feels open, serene, and effortlessly stylish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve this, the palette was kept light and airy<\/strong>,<\/strong> with a focus on soft whites and light wood finishes<\/strong>. <\/strong>These tones not only brighten the interiors but also enhance the sense of spaciousness, allowing natural light to bounce and flow seamlessly throughout the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This living-dining space is designed with a contemporary and sleek sensibility<\/strong>,<\/strong> where whites and light wooden tones<\/strong> form the foundation of a calm, open, and welcoming environment. The fluid layout seamlessly connects the living and dining areas<\/strong>,<\/strong> allowing for a natural flow of movement and conversation without any visual or physical clutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These MS rod-supported shelves<\/strong> reappear near the entrance, paired with a custom console unit<\/strong> to create a semi-partition<\/strong>\u2014visually separating the main space from the entryway and adding a layer of privacy<\/strong> without compromising openness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One side of the platform holds a single bed that can double up<\/strong>, while the other side seamlessly integrates a study table and open storage<\/strong>\u2014perfect for books, toys, and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in Pune, The Neutra Loft<\/strong> spans 1300 sq. ft. and is crafted by The Fifth Element<\/strong><\/a> + <\/strong>Studio Ayadi<\/strong><\/a>, led by principal architects Ar. Siddhi Nanivadekar<\/strong> and Ar. Madhuparna Sastakar<\/strong>. These elegant residential interiors balance clarity and character through a minimalist contemporary approach.
