In a fast-paced city like Ahmedabad, a home provides refuge and peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Arvabil Dream Inception (Architect & Engineers) envisioned this home to be elegant and welcoming with quirky accents where the occupants unwind and connect. The 3BHK interior design and turnkey service of Adhikari’s flat design with modest & timeless interior as per client requirements in 1100 sq. ft. Client wanted their residence to be very simple, modern & maintenance-free. The aim was to transform this space into a unique & bespoke apartment with a gleam of opulence.
Ar. Sahid Memon The Principal Designer of Arvabil Dream Inception says that the design of the apartment’s interiors utilizes elements from around the world and reflects the modern trendy lifestyle. The interiors are bathed in natural sunlight throughout the day in every home space. It has a definite pattern of luxury but in a very understated and livable way. The entire space remains visually connected, It is giving aesthetic and tangible value to the area.
ENTRANCE
The main door is the first entity that gives the glims of an entire home. The customized main door jali and main door are inspired by the theme of arches. A door and Jali are made of wood and black metal with a round modern handle. It’s a perfect blend of modern design with a hint of striking bold colors to accentuate the palette.
LIVING ROOM
The living room, as the name suggests, is where you live your moments with your friends and family. The wall near the entrance is décor with the dark rustic grey texture with a modern wall clock lends a unique charm to the entire living space that speaks volumes about the taste for classic décor with a modern console. The main wall has been crafted with a geometric pattern to add a touch of class to the space with the cradle of creative modern wall art. The L-shape blue sofa and a modern armchair accentuate the modern nesting center table. An elegant white ceiling design compliments a modern light fixture.
The highlight of the room is a marble-cladding TV wall with golden strips and wooden paneling while the tv console unit adds grace to the decor. Interior Texture creates drama in the room with a bunch of artifacts and modern furniture with unique elements creating an essence of the cozy ambiance. A refreshing garden balcony design keeps the apartment ventilated throughout the day which is creatively done. The beautiful use of white and pink palettes for furniture and grass flooring looks mesmerizing with planters.
DINING AND POOJA AREA
The living area leads to the modern dining and pooja area which balances the interior décor theme elegantly. It is not just a dining space; it is a gateway to all the bedrooms and serves as an organic meeting point for a family. The elegant ceiling design with a modern chandelier spanned across the dining spaces brings a sense of warmth. The light shade of beige paneling with reflective mirrors acts as a backdrop to the bespoke furniture in the space pronouncing elegant luxury along with a sense of timelessness. The Italian marble top dining table paired with brown velvet-colored chairs complements the interior decor.
The pooja area decor a serene space with the celebratory décor. On one side have the sleek dining area and on the other side is a small temple design in wood. The temple is placed in such a way that it acts as a focal point for the this designed space. White panelling with carving has a unique design knotted with simplicity and elegance. Inclined light fixtures introduce a touch of warmth. Pooja area décor with blue stool and tringle with hanging bells creates a good ambiance. The warm earthy palette of materials, textures, and colors is alluring and comforting to the eyes.
KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen takes black and grey as the elementary hue even for the modern glossy storage units with the niches breaking its monotony. The kitchen platform is simply a dark palette stone that brings all the focus upon itself with a marble cladding wall. It sets an example of a small area that is made to look elegant and accentuated with interior decor. The surrounding décor on walls is ornamented with a subtle different palette which complements the white flooring and ceiling.
MASTER BEDROOM
A gorgeous linear paneling wall with rustic grey framing as a backdrop for the bed forms a luxurious decor. Horizontal niche creatively breaks the solidity of the wall with modern two-wall art. The modern grey velvet bed design and dual-tone curtains compliment the overall impact of the room. While TV unit wall décor with accent white décor paneling complements the modern console TV unit. The sliding wardrobe in blue and white with rustic grey upper cabinets emphasizes the interior décor.
SON’S BEDROOM
The base of this room was to choose a tone that complements the occupant’s choice of keeping it simple and light. The designer chose a different color palette with grey curtains. Green velvet upholstery bed design and simple back wall highlighted by the racks with light fixtures. Modern wardrobe and study table décor with modern chair compliments the bedroom décor. All the artifacts and the theme of the bedroom create an eye-soothing décor.
DAUGHTER’S BEDROOM
The daughter’s bedroom has a different color pallet with Hues of blush pink and grey picked to keep a calm and fresh ambiance. The textured background with circular modern wall art devises the balance between the other linear patterns used for the bed’s headboard. This room brings an emotion of transition that is an eclectic mixture of classical and contemporary styles through the dressing area and TV unit wall décor with a modern-classic console unit. The grey modern sofa, modern sliding wardrobe, and pink ombre curtains complement the wooden flooring.
