Based on the perception and design brief Studio Dream Creative decided to go for a contemporary design for the office space Mamo Technolabs. This contemporary, clear-lined, and minimalistic office space project is 850 sq. ft. area and is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The office interior was to design an open, dynamic, and interesting work environment while responding to the functional needs of the client. A comfort extent is a modern office derived from the design concept of a positive environment, a minimalistic approach, and the ideology of keeping the material palette natural & simple.
The Principal Architect Ar. Vijay M. Mistry shares that the client wants to utilize every inch of the office space and give it a luxurious feel. We have combined classic and contemporary design styles by incorporating symmetrical compositions, tasteful décor and neutral colour palettes. Keeping in mind the design, functionality and tight budget, the furniture has been customized and crafted in well-chosen laminates. The use of tinted glass, wallpapers, and cutwork has been done to achieve an elegant and luxurious look.
A faceted reception desk makes a very modern entrance with a unique backdrop. The logo and signage in yellow are well complemented with a grey background. The iconic reception table is captivating and designed in such a way that visitors about the emphasized character of the place. The exclusive quirk design of the grey wall panel used at the back gives a lively look. The ceiling design well accentuates with lighting fixtures. The entire office follows the sober colour pallet which transforms the space into a seamless collaboration of aesthetics and functionality.
Moving forward to the open staff area which is emphasized by an eye-soothing colour palate in workstations ensures close connection among the staff and makes the space more inspirational. Designers have adopted a delicate and neutral colour palette as a basic hue while excessive decorations, thereby creating a simplistic yet dynamic space and also having a free working atmosphere. This space is done up in light colour palettes for minimum distraction, with a few great words with artwork on the wall to inspire employees working in. Another signature touch of style in the open staff area is an elegant working desk and a huge lighting fixture with planters which creates a good atmosphere.
Also, transparency abides faithful to a positive working environment with all efficient light qualities. Getting into the details- translucent glass partitions with black framing were used for acoustic purposes also. The other material palette is kept simple in the shades of monochrome from soft colour palettes. Artistic, minimalistic, and contemporary individuality all together create a unique and pleasant working space.
The elegant prime cabin fulfils all the contextual requirement that needs to be kept in mind. The correct light system and the use of a white ceiling amplify spatial perception. The mesmerizing wall coverings and panels in a grey texture bring a sense of glam to contemporary interior designs by going over the top. The modern table in this cabin is exclusively designed pleasingly as per the client’s requirement. A beige table top and wooden material palate for the table emphasize a lighting fixture. While eye-catching modern shelves highlighted with warm lighting fixtures and wooden elements complimented with awards and artefacts which creates a good ambience.
This office design creates contemporary minimalistic details and the soft, warm-coloured furniture pieces with elegant design elements are visible throughout the premises, creating a dynamic and expressive environment full of elegant contrasts that have emerged as a new work mode for the users. The design focus is achieved through a contemporary look, appealing lighting, and colours. While working enthusiasm creates through maximum space utility and optimum use of natural light generating a nice working environment for this office interior.
