Ravina Mehta Designs An Interior Design Studio has ornated a 4 BHK lavish apartment that encapsulates the essence of modern elegance, blending sleek minimalism with inviting warmth. Located in a prime residential area of Indore, India, the apartment shows warmth and pleasantness. The luxurious apartment is tastefully designed with minimal interiors along with a contemporary vibe.
The Principal Designer Ravina Mehta shares that the design concept revolved around creating a harmonious space that balances clean lines, textures, functional layouts, and a cosy ambience. The design smoothed a seamless transition between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This connectivity encourages interactions and facilitates easy movement throughout the apartment. In this residential project every area designed in compliance to Vastu.
Entrance
The idea was inherent in luxury and elegance in design without being loud and lends a sense of uniqueness to each space. And this modern entrance wooden door design where the subtle material giving an elegant look through design was imposed. A neutral colour palette was used to create a sense of sophistication and calmness.
Drawing Area
The drawing area is seamlessly rendered in earthy tone panelling in precise vertical grooves and an elegant ceiling. This perfect setting of different tones of upholsteries of modern sofas, armchairs and ottomans with golden bases adds elegance to the interior décor. Different textures such as rugs, tactile fabrics, and natural materials were strategically introduced to add layers and tactile interest. These textures brought warmth and dimension to the interiors.
Living Area
The main feature of the living room is bright French décor walls, crafted with elegance breaking the monotony. The room is filled with an infused shade of subtle tone, enhancing the lighting fixtures and giving a substantial effect to the room. A velvet upholstery sofa and ottoman complement a modern marble top centre table. While a modern TV wall decor in white emphasises a pleasing console unit. The ceiling is designed with a wooden touch and an abstract painting on the French décor wall adds allure to the living room.
Dining Area
The luxury was achieved keeping in mind simple forms, monochromatic ¬schemes, soft curves, textures, and lights in this elegant dining area. The marble-top dining table with a copper stylish base and tufted chairs accentuates the modern washbasin design with storage. Thoughtfully placed artwork, sculptures, and decor pieces punctuated the spaces, reflecting the family’s personality and interests.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen is exhibited as modern and easy to maintain, in effortless whites and underlined by a brown subtle colour palate. While the white kitchen platform adorns the crockery units. A spacious modular kitchen is creatively illuminated with hidden lighting fixtures. This kitchen decor is a perfect combination of a modern and minimalistic kitchen with ample utility space.
Aesthetic Bedroom
The Master bedroom is created with a unique design with the perfect combination of hues and materials giving the room a modern aesthetic vibe. Vertical Design Fabric Upholstered Headboard Wall Panels with wooden batten panelling on both sides complimented with modern bed design. The modern TV unit and study table with modern storage add allure to the bedroom décor.
Eye-Soothing Bedroom
The theme of this bedroom is kept modern with clean lines, and minimal design elements with the use of a selective material-colour palette. The niche has been highlighted by a wooden ceiling with two modern chairs. The modern curved-shaped tufted headboard in pastel tone complements the French décor wall with an abstract painting. While a modern bed design and selected fabrics accentuate gracefully.
A Grandeur Bedroom
This bedroom showcases a seamless blend of grandeur, spaciousness, and luxury. Every corner of this bedroom in an earthy palette has been meticulously designed to exude an air of royalty, creating an enchanting living space that captures the essence of opulence. While white glossy storage units with black framing racks adorned with the selected artefacts. A modern wooden console unit is well accentuated with a leatherette C-shape headboard. In the corner of the room, a wooden panelling is emphasised with modern lighting fixtures.
Guest Room
A guest room presenting a Chesterfield headboard for the bed exudes a perfect blend of classic charm and contemporary comfort with an eye-soothing sky-blue colour shade. The wooden racks and side table add allure to the bedroom interior décor. Guest bedroom achieves a stylish and serene ambience with the warmth of texture for furnishings. A simple white ceiling design compliments the overall ambience of the bedroom.
Each room was meticulously planned to maximize functionality without compromising aesthetics. A blend of iconic modern furniture pieces and custom-designed items added depth to the design. Carefully curated furniture ensured a balance between comfort and style, creating a cohesive yet diverse living experience. A mix of ambient, task, and accent lighting was employed to create various moods within the space.
