Rajhans Villa | Sterling Interiors | Bhatapara
The house, characterized by its predominant use of stone, presents a unique blend of modern aesthetics and a touch.

Upon entering the residence, one is immediately captivated by the bold hues of matt gold, grey, and vibrant colors. This modern palette sets the tone for an interior that is both sophisticated and visually striking. The house is not just a dwelling; it’s a dream of the owners. That’s not all, the house is equally functional with smart storage dwellings which are concealed and appear to be part of the gorgeous architecture.

The living room, a lavish space, is adorned with the designer mirror at the back, which takes center stage, infusing the room with a captivating oomph factor. The carefully curated art pieces find their place seamlessly, enhancing the overall ambiance and creating a living space that feels like a gallery in its own right.

The dining room follows suit, with a double height and stunning hand-painted monochrome wall providing a backdrop that combines nature and art seamlessly. It sets the stage for memorable gatherings, where the beauty of design and the joy of shared meals converge.

Moving to the master bedroom, a sense of modernism and art takes over, with a soothing palette of beiges and whites. The carefully selected decor pieces add a touch of sophistication, creating a harmonious retreat for the homeowners.

The son’s room emerges as a highlight, embodying an air of mystery and class. The gorgeously crafted backdrop becomes the focal point, setting the stage for intimate gatherings with friends and family. It’s a space where modern design meets timeless elegance.

The other bedroom, characterized by hues of beige and browns, exudes class and finesse. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, creating a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic.

Serenity in the sky
The vast balcony, a symphony of simplicity, boasts patterned tiles that adorn the floor, providing a tranquil space for relaxation. The couches complete the scene, offering a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surrounding views.

In essence, this modern abode is a harmonious blend of the contemporary and the timeless – a symphony of the luxury and art. It stands as a testament to the homeowners’ impeccable taste, where each room tells a unique story, and the entire home is a masterpiece in itself.
Interior Lover Team’s view on the project
Situated in Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh, Rajhans Villa unfolds as an expressive residential interior shaped by a refined contemporary vision. Designed by Sterling Interiors, under the creative direction of ID Ajay Mudgal, ID Pratik Kaale, and Er. Varun Mudgal, the home spans a 4,500 sq. ft. built-up and 6,000 sq. ft. plot area environment within a generously sized site, offering a canvas for an interior narrative that merges visual richness with everyday comfort.

The overarching concept is rooted in understated opulence, where material strength and artistic expression work in quiet harmony. The décor language is defined by confident contrasts—metallic undertones, muted greys, and carefully placed bursts of colour create a striking yet balanced composition. Decorative surfaces and bespoke elements lend the interiors a curated, almost exhibition-like quality, while integrated storage remains discreetly embedded within the architecture, preserving visual clarity.

A softer palette of warm neutrals tempers the bolder accents, introducing a sense of ease and continuity across the home. Vertical volumes and art-led wall treatments add drama and spatial depth without overwhelming the senses. Opening outward, the outdoor sit-out is treated as a calm extension of the interiors, finished with subtle patterns and relaxed seating. Together, these elements craft a residence that feels poised, personal, and enduring—an interior where design intention and livability are seamlessly aligned.
