To make a unique stand for Venner Boutique, the range of products they have – starting from veneers to wooden elements in this 1500 sq. ft., area located in Jaynagar, Bangalore. This commercial studio is pleasingly knotted by AD Studio 9 – An Architectural Designer has ornated this retail showroom with an inviting and elegant experience that was envisioned for this interior space.
The Principal Architect shares that the layout is designed in a way incorporating both the separation and connections of spaces. At the same time, maintaining an open floor layout. We have incorporated pockets of discussion throughout the space. This boutique store’s design embraces fractal behaviour, delving into the concept of sequencing the space to create an immersive and sculptural experience. The space fosters a highly pronounced design aesthetic, simultaneously providing a platform for the showcased products.
The first impression of any store is created by its façade design. This showroom’s creative dark grey colour palette with earthy elements façade creates an eye-catching element that also gives a fresh look to the brand for passersby. The façade design was ornate stylishly and more welcoming with the brand name illuminating signage.
The entrance guides us to the reception area where a distinctive reception unit is showcased, highlighting the exclusive utilisation of materials. This unit serves as a display in itself, complemented by the backdrop of the products they offer for sale. The sculptural raw materials installation creates a dramatic display with a fractal pattern, allowing customers to physically and tangibly connect with it.
The view from the reception uplifts the temperament of customers who excitedly wish to explore the showroom. At the heart of the space, a sleek display unit takes centre stage, captivating visitors with an array of exquisite samples and materials, allowing visitors to delve into the materials and gain a comprehensive understanding of their diverse applications of the materials.
Step into our meeting area and witness the captivating blend of veneer in various finishes, forming an extraordinary focal point. Designed strategically, the solid wall decor forms organically flowing geometrical patterns in contrast to the framed space. The intention was to provide the backdrop to each product display and preserve its unique identity. The lighting fixtures add allure to the interior décor in this area while ceiling décor kept simple and elegant in grey colour hues.
Clients stepping into the showroom will be captivated by the artiste ray of their meticulously sculpted monochromatic interiors. It adds bling, texture and drama to the island display area. The versatile dark colour palette of canvas is most compatible to enhance any colour of product display. Every surface and form have been carefully crafted creating a stunning canvas that radiates with elegance.
As one explores, one will notice the exquisite finishes of veneer samples perfectly complementing the overall design. Conceptualised things in such a way that the entire interior commercial space is designed from the range of products creates a strong expression through its decor. The idea behind it is to, not only showcase the products for display but also make it a part of the store Interiors to make it understand, functionally as well as aesthetically.
