According to the Principal Architect, the client desired a home that felt “well-ventilated and spacious.” The design features a distinctive modern aesthetic with clean lines, minimalism, and a perfect blend of design and elements. Natural materials, open layouts, and large windows bring ample light into the interiors, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. Every element is carefully chosen to reflect the client’s lifestyle, resulting in a home that effortlessly combines comfort, style, and warmth—a sanctuary for cherished family moments.
Accented Living Area
The living area exudes a refined allure with its plush velvet sofas in rich plum tones, perfectly balanced by a sleek tufted couch in neutral hues. Natural stone flooring, paired with Italian marble, while an elegant minimalist TV unit with wooden panelling adds warmth which complements the interior. Gold-accented side tables and a modern centre table complement the bold yet serene atmosphere. The large windows allow abundant natural light, enhancing the room’s openness and airiness. The living area features elegant, floor-length curtains that complement the room’s modern aesthetic, allowing soft natural light to filter through while enhancing the overall refined atmosphere. Together, these elements create a luxurious yet comfortable space ideal for relaxation and gathering.
Delightful Bar Area
The delightful bar area is a stylish retreat, highlighting a marble-clad counter with a subtle tone, complemented by modern bar stools in dark tones. Hanging pendant lights add a warm glow, enhancing the luxurious ambience. Adjacent to a large window, this space is brightened by natural light, while the plush yellow armchairs and a cosy shag rug invite relaxation, creating a perfect corner for casual conversations and unwinding.
Contemporary Dining Area
The dining area features a glossy marble-top dining table paired with elegant leatherette dining chairs, offering a refined yet comfortable setting.
