Casa del Sol – residence in Bilaspur emerges as an 8,000 sq. ft. villa set on a generous 13,500 sq. ft. plot, envisioned by Priyank & Mitali Interiors with a distinct European–Spanish sensibility. The residence presents a calm yet expressive character, defined by gentle contours, soft illumination, and a naturally flowing layout. Every gesture, from the approach to the interior rhythm, reflects a refined blend of harmony and understated sophistication. Its thoughtful composition creates a living environment that feels timeless, inviting, and beautifully rooted in its cultural influences.
The principal designers, Priyank Jain and Mitali Jain, share that Casa del Sol was envisioned as an experience rather than a structure, shaped by emotions, memories, and meticulous refinement. They emphasise that every corner was developed with intent—whether creating openness, nurturing quiet moments, or ensuring seamless visual flow. The team sought to honour Mediterranean inspiration while infusing the home with a rooted Indian sensibility, resulting in a language that feels both global and personal. According to them, the project became a meaningful journey of crafting spaces that respond to light, proportion, and the family’s lifestyle.
Welcoming grandeur
The entrance of Casa del Sol embodies a seamless blend of grandeur and calm. The journey begins at the striking liquid PU–coated metal door—an architectural statement that commands attention—leading into a serene foyer allured in natural light. Subtle textures, warm tones, and refined detailing create a tranquil yet dramatic welcome, complemented by a bespoke console unit highlighted with an eye-catching backdrop that anchors the space with understated sophistication.
Charming Foyer
The space opens into a tranquil foyer that rises into a double-height lobby brightened up with soft daylight. The marble-clad feature wall, detailed with circular wooden art pieces, forms a captivating focal point that balances texture and geometry. A minimalist corner wall décor panel with lighting fixtures and sculptural pendant lights elevates the visual interest of the space. The wooden ceiling completes the composition, lending the area a refined and airy elegance.
Sculptural Living Lounge
The main living lounge unfolds as a refined composition of symmetry, texture, and light. Two grand French windows frame the space, allowing daylight to filter gently through sheer drapes, creating a soft, inviting glow. The marble feature wall for a TV unit becomes a sculptural centrepiece, its bold veining adding depth and character. Plush seating in neutral hues, accented with warm terracotta-toned armchairs and tactile fabrics, enhances the sense of comfort. Sculptural centre tables anchor the space with artistic balance and warmth, complementing the marble-clad feature wall, which is highlighted by a metallic finish panel. A statement chandelier and curated décor pieces complete the setting, merging elegance with effortless modernity.
Serene Pooja Area
Adjacent to the lounge, the Pooja alcove stands as a serene ode to craftsmanship and devotion. Hand-carved from pristine Udaipur marble, its scalloped arch and intricate floral motifs evoke timeless artistry. Subtle backlighting enhances the carvings, casting a divine glow over the sacred idols. The space radiates purity, balance, and a quiet spiritual grace. The elegant wooden ceiling adds depth and warmth, while the pleasant lighting fixture above glows like a jewel, completing the space with timeless elegance.
Luxe Dining Area
The dining area exudes refined sophistication, defined by its sculptural table with a metallic base that anchors the space in quiet luxury. Teal upholstered chairs introduce a bold yet balanced contrast, adding vibrancy to the muted palette. An artistic decor framed by an arched niche forms a poetic backdrop, evoking timeless charm. Overhead, cascading ring lights create a celestial rhythm, illuminating the setting with a soft, golden glow that enhances its contemporary elegance and warm ambience.
Sleek Kitchen Area
The kitchen embodies a seamless blend of functionality and elegance, defined by its soft-toned cabinetry and sleek marble countertops. Subtle under-cabinet lighting highlights the textured backsplash, adding depth and warmth to the muted palette. A sleek breakfast counter with soft edges acts as both a casual dining nook and a subtle divider between the kitchen and dining area, uniting practicality with style. Modern shelf, modern appliances, and natural light filtering through the blinds complete the space, creating a refined yet inviting culinary haven.
Earthy Master Suite
The master suite exudes calm sophistication, blending earthy tones with soft textures to create a serene retreat. A plush upholstered bed anchors the space, complemented by a pleasant-hued sofa and a gold-accented coffee table that form an inviting corner by the window. Floor-to-ceiling curtains filter natural light, casting a gentle glow across the wooden flooring, while textured wall panels complemented by elegant wooden panelling continue to the ceiling. The suite opens to calm views of greenery, adding to its peaceful and relaxing feel.
Aesthetic Guest Room
The guest room features a serene and airy aesthetic, anchored by a bed with a soft-toned upholstered headboard framed in sleek wood, exuding understated elegance. The bed wall is kept minimal, adorned with a single textured artwork that enhances the room’s calm and cohesive look. Natural light brightens up through sheer drapes, highlighting the cane-work sitting and classic cane work console unit that adds a touch of craftsmanship and warmth. An elegant ceiling décor and selection of lighting fixtures add charm to the décor. The combination of soft fabrics, wooden flooring, and subtle detailing creates a tranquil, welcoming retreat.
Tranquil Daughter’s Bedroom
The daughter’s room exudes warmth and tranquillity, defined by its hut-shaped ceiling, soothing neutral palette, and soft natural light. Tactile textures—from the tufted headboard to the layered bedding—create a sense of comfort, while elegant wall panelling and subtle gold accents lend a refined touch. Soft-toned curtains frame the large windows, allowing sunlight to gently illuminate the space and highlight the room’s serene ambience.
A cosy working nook enhanced with a classic white desk paired with an upholstered swivel chair forms a comfortable workspace beside the window, complemented by a tall glass-front cabinet that adds storage and sophistication. The thoughtful detailing ties the entire space together, creating a calm, elegant retreat that balances style with homely comfort.
Classic Parents’ Bedroom
The parents’ room radiates warmth and elegance, featuring a charming hut-shaped veneer ceiling, soft tones, cosy textures, and delicate décor that create a serene, graceful, and inviting personal retreat. A subtle play of natural light enhances the room’s soothing ambience, making it a perfect blend of comfort and charm.
Lavish Son’s Bedroom
The lavish son’s bedroom radiates modern sophistication with a warm, masculine charm. A tall, upholstered headboard in soft beige anchors the space, complemented by rich wooden panelling that adds depth and texture. The neutral palette is elevated with a subtle lighting fixture, creating a refined yet inviting atmosphere. A sculptural sofa and round coffee table form a stylish lounge corner, perfect for relaxation or conversation. A modern working desk with a chair and a statement wall fixture enhances the room’s contemporary appeal. The blend of plush fabrics, clean lines, and thoughtful detailing makes this bedroom a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

Each walk-in closet presents a distinct design story. One space features warm fluted panels, an arched mirror, and soft lighting that create a refined, boutique-like ambience. Another embraces a serene minimal look with creamy wardrobes, a sculptural mirror, and subtle gold accents. A last closet adopts a bold, moody aesthetic with deep-toned cabinetry, soft illumination, and a graphic rug that adds depth and personality.
Graceful Washrooms
Each washroom carries its own distinctive charm. One showcase combines patterned tiles, layered mirrors, a wooden ceiling and a warm pendant light, creating a rich, artisanal aesthetic with a contemporary edge. Another brings in a softer, modern look with blush cabinetry, a sculptural basin, and a sleek backlit mirror that adds gentle sophistication. One more washroom shifts to a bold black theme, featuring dark finishes, dramatic contrasts with white texture cladding backdrop, and refined lighting that gives the space a luxurious, moody elegance.
Immersive Home Theatre
A fully immersive home theatre designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a hut-shaped wooden veneer ceiling and three-sided blackout window treatments. Plush seating, layered lighting, and an exceptional surround sound setup create a cinematic experience that blends luxury, warmth, and sophistication within a warm, acoustically refined environment.
The interiors unfold through layered details, gentle textures, curated colours, and bespoke furniture that embody the villa’s cohesive identity. A warm, airy lobby seamlessly connects all floors, fostering openness and visual harmony throughout. A centrally placed courtyard breathes life into every corner—bringing in both light and ventilation, the heart element around which the home gracefully revolves. Every piece of furniture—crafted in Delhi, Raipur, or built on-site—was exclusively designed by Priyank & Mitali Interiors, ensuring unity and individuality in every corner. Casa del Sol embraces understated luxury, where refined craftsmanship, comfort, and contemporary Mediterranean elegance coexist in perfect balance.
