The Principal Designer spiel that a stylish and spacious home in SS Infinitus Indore for a family of five. This 5200 sq. ft. screams opulence in a very understated way. Our client, Ved Mahashewari, wants a different feel for his home. We are very trendy in its taste and have explored its concept based on the raw earthy feel of traditional Indian designs fusing together with a contemporary and classic theme. It renders a soothing artistic effect to the entire interior setting, giving a thematic touch to the designed architectural spaces. It’s a contemporary light house designed by CREATE & DESIGN amidst urban vicinity in Indore with timeless architecture and interiors.
This light house is dominated by geometric fit within each other very artistically, leaving the voids acting as positive see-through spaces supported by material pallet comprising of stone, wood, and glass. The play of planes, solids, and voids is the most striking beauty of the bungalow, making it very stylish and elegant in visual appeal due to the suitable material pallet defined. The exterior designs slipped very tactfully over each other, keeping space for skylights and open to skylight well. Accent lighting adds drama to an outdoor space by creating visual interest. The exterior and interior sink into each other to achieve the feel and character of the space.
Firstly, when one enters the foyer, one will get mesmerized by the intricately designed ceiling and leaf work which acts as a screen defining the arrival to the foyer area. It is suitably designed with greenery adorned with light fixtures, plants and a playful ceiling with the most eye-catching lights. Natural stone flooring gives one an earthy feeling, seamlessly transitioning between outside to inside. An engaging main entrance with an antique design and grooved frame finished in wooden just compliments the leaf work on the nearer wall.
There are two living rooms and both seeking two completely different styles. One formal living room, for social gatherings, and one casual lounge, for family and friends, but both designed for quality time with family and friends.
Further, as one moves ahead visitors can see the lavish living room defined by the natural ray of light from a foyer which, adding the most enigmatic effect throughout the day. The living room resulted in a light-filled, spacious abode which will please the functionally and aesthetically. The distinctive colour scheme of glam sky blue and white blends well with the textures of browns and overall gives a smooth appearance. While glam sky-blue sofa set with a metal frame coffee table just accolades the living area with metal wall art. The wooden TV unit blends admirably with the ceiling décor of the living which brings in contrast with the simple and elegant interior.
The overview of the second living room has a balanced and plush vibe. When it comes to the colours used, neutral hues give the living room a calm appearance whereas the gold details add a hint of luxury. This spacious living room has royal seating with two patterned ottomans. It has become the ideal space for large social gatherings. In addition to the windows that allow ample sunlight into the living room. An Onex stone sheet with a wooden frame and gold floral work on white plates makes the living room look luxurious. While the ceiling décor just compliments the crystal chandelier with theme of the room.
On the other side lies the most elegant and stylish designed Puja, kitchen and dining area. Great designs are eye-catchy and giving a good feel to make the house, home for the people. The designs are kept simple but significant, which would not allow the viewer to get stuck in one place but will boost them to see all around with their imaginations. The dining room has an intimate, yet luxurious setting with a table for six in a cozy look, complete with statement upholstered chairs and a beautiful textured table. While the exquisite pendant lamps suspended from the ceiling serve the perfect radiance to the ceiling design. A welcoming space which is as aesthetic as functional, this dining room steals hearts by using wooden details and MDF with floral design and storage gives an elegant look. The sober pattern jali delicately veils on the wooden to divide dining and puja area. The elegant combination of dark wooden frames with white panels melds beautifully with the flooring. Shades of white and brown topped with crystal chandelier add to the modern aesthetic of the puja area.
The dramatic open, soffit staircase inside compliments the play of light in the house all day, creating a small world of fantasies. Staircases, while obviously serving an important functional purpose, have the potential to elevate an entire house. The stairs are designed in such a way that they save space while also looking elegant. Designer said that they made use of the space behind the stairs in the room, demonstrating the architect’s foresight.
The royal classic theme of bedroom which add elegance to the house. The walls in the interior bedroom paid great attention. Finished with rich stucco moldings on wall and furniture, it creates a feeling of a calm, respectable world. The classic design of the ceiling creates a refined atmosphere. A lush headboard with amazing work and celedonio armchairs just compliments the area. Textile colour accents in amethyst colour give the interior a respectable aristocracy. The unique harmony of walls, ceiling, furniture and accessories gives a royal look to the bedroom.
This room looks more spacious and livelier with a balanced three-toned interior. The brown and aqua blue at bed back with clean lines and a copper leaf decor, which makes it a very elegant and truly distinctive. The delicate, beautiful pendent light, along with the side tables add just the right touch of refinement, practicality and a hint of colour to the room.
A combination of superior white and exotic walls along with hints of mirrors with light decor has been used to design the royal bathrooms, which are fitted with the best inline state-of-the-art wash closets and basins. A bathtub has been placed in an area in the bathroom that has intense brown and grey textured tiles with mini stairs that flow the aesthetic of a palace bathing are meant for royalty. While in one bathroom, mosaic floral art tile work on the washbasin wall just enhances the bathroom interior.
Be it for a morning stroll, a sunset soiree or a social night, this terrace garden design is perfect for decor, that will quickly and undoubtedly become the most used space in the house. While the artistic work on walls keeps it raw and chill, white sitting arrangement, hanging lamp and greenery decor add a homely vibe to it. The best thing about this terrace garden is how geometrically placed are all the different plants, along with a spread of grass in the open. An important insight to bring out the best of modern design and eye-catchy. Flooring work with one step and is covered with natural decowood and frames on top.
