The Haven – Holiday Home | Phylosophy Design Studio | Hyderabad

The Principal Designer of Phylosophy Design Studio states that this holiday home at My Home Bhooja Hyderabad is one of the very few projects that came to life in perfect sync with the client’s perspective here at Phylosophy Design Studio, due to our familiarity with the client’s taste and her clarity. To distinguish an everyday home from a home that one comes back to, our client reflected certainty in the appearance that they aspired to inhabit in. Everyone in the household, including the young daughter, had a clear idea of the kind of space they wanted. Her involvement and cooperation with us in selecting the smallest of accessories allowed us to fulfil our vision for the project. The result being this beautiful, elegant and well-appointed space.

The project “The Haven” is the basic design concept of brilliant residence involves guidelines based on the principles of the modern-traditional sphere. The influence of indigenous culture in this house is a fine blend of classical and contemporary belief systems. The attractive and stylish furnishings of the concerned material blend with brass element have been beautifully used in the residence as per the client’s requirement. The design ensures the family members a place to unwind and take rest from the daily day pressures. The charming modern-traditional house is inspired and deeply rooted in a transcendental gist throughout interior décor.  Both these factors come together to do justice to the client’s brief that demanded a new feel every time one steps into the house.

The beautiful wooden entrance door with antique handle guides you to the house that is rooted in heritage yet makes a modern-age adobe. The wall besides the main door is ornamented by wooden panelling and lotus mirror brass wall art with a textured wall background. The grandiose of a lavish drawing space outlined with a minimalist design style is highlighted by Pichwai cow wall art. Velvet upholstered sofas with brass accents and two modern wooden arm chairs with a hint of green just boasting of an ascendant aura. While a white and black marble textured table top with a golden base compliment the rug and furnishings of this lavish drawing room. The TV unit wall design with the same pattern of wooden panelling and wall texture is done near the entrance and it accentuates the green planters in the corner and a statue. By keeping an elegant ceiling design, the charm of the crystal chandelier is blooming out in the entire space.

One powder bathroom is to be placed near drawing room. With blue washbasin and grey top compliments, the wall tiles. While light fixture just creates cozy look to the bathroom. And due mirror bathroom looks spacious.

Further, guest can see the stunning living and dining space decorated with the hint of brass and copper. The modern black console unit with traditional touch just creates an eye-catching, with all the pictures hanging on the wall while candle stand and artefacts just compliment it. Wooden handicraft wall art with mirror and jali work like honey comb just highlighting the Royal sofa sitting and center table with sober rug. The luxurious living room strikes a balance with the traditional and refining modernism. All these strands come together to create a lavish output with artefacts.

The dining area is a transitional space that draws similar elements of the living space, maintaining the interrelation between the adjacent spaces. From the colour code to the ceiling pattern, everything is kept alike. The dining table with copper-brass artwork and glass top was décor in wooden framing brings a sense of grandeur. While a heritage 6-seater chair with different coloured pallets and different styles chairs just adds a luxurious look to the dining area.
