Concept :
The design driving concept is under pinned in beam’s & Colum’s Grid. An open plan office layout is extremely functional & efficient but also comes with the occasional need for privacy & noise cancelled zones. Different areas of the office have been spaced out keeping the hierarchy as of the guiding factors.
In the beginning at the entry there is generous Grey Color MS Grid & Veneer Finish reception space that welcomes visitors just in front of reception area there is waiting area. The waiting area is planned just in front of the reception area. The Reception features a framed backdrop with planters, welcoming the visitors inside.
Reception Desk :
Across the waiting area adjacent to reception Accountant chamber is provided mainly for frequent monthly Audit meetings that do not need interaction with main office.
Cashier :
Each element of the office has been carefully thought & executed, with attention of the minutest details. The full size door & texture in the ceiling create a good ambiance; various types of Grooves in the cabin on ceilings, as well as wall’s make it more attractive. Sleek like furniture is used to take the narrow office look spacious & further emphasis the transparency of the public function. Details have been worked carefully & diligently to enhance the language of the interior spaces.
The grey wall takes center-stage, adorned with relevant wall décor & adding a chic-factor to the interiors. A cozy lounge space where one could have a quick huddle or catch a good read. A bright green color bench add color to the otherwise waiting area. The Washroom & Pantry adjoining the cabins are designed in such a way when the door is closed it looks like a wall paneling.
Waiting Area :
A similar language of grey colored 12 mm Aluminum Grid housing 12mm toughened glass is used to neatly partition the offices. In Comprises of a cabin for the principles, two executive cabins, 1M Cabin & 1 Accountant cabin. At the back side of the waiting area there is dark grey partition which houses MD Cabin while on the other end there is Manager’s office.
MD Cabin :
The Painting in the office represents the minimalist art which can be seen as extending the abstract idea that art should have its own reality. Art Effects Played Very Important Role In the Design. The designer has used the interiors as a platform for artist to introduce their art & therefore promote it in the fraternity. Unique art installations work as the creative backbone of the design, adding another dimension to it.
The flexible & adaptable workstation accommodates employee’s needs for technology, space efficiency & personalization & makes their everyday life much easier. One of the big challenges of the layout was the location of a MD Cabin & Manager Cabin keeping in mind the settlement of staff area. The products on display are arranged in a manner that makes them more a work of art than functional elements.
The right amount of natural & artificial lighting makes the cabin looks specious & enriching. The light fixtures have been completely designed in the complementing language so as to complete the picture. The office cabins are designed to be clean, minimal areas encouraging discipline, focus on inspiring discussions.
Staff Area :
Cabin of manager follows a similar pattern & is designed in tones of grey, the wall paneling has grooves.
Manager Cabin :
The interior spaces are designed with the contemporary aesthetics. We work with different textures & patterns throughout the spaces & engaged a variety of materials from vitrified tiles, artificial stone, Jute finish MDF, Gypsum Sheet & Deco Coting MDF & Veneers were extensively used all treated with different craftsman technique.
The loose furniture is an electric mix of four seater sofa, High back Revolving Chair & Low back revolving office chair sourced from Local furniture brand. The fit outs forms & shapes come together to represent natures ebbs & flows, which have ultimately settled in place to provide a relaxed comfortable workplace.
The intent was to deliver an interior exuding a sense of calm & balance that essentially functions as yin to the yang of the often high intensity business. In order to do so, the designer employed the principles of basophilic design throughout incorporating natural materials, neutral colors & patterns reminiscent of nature.
Keeping intact the integrity of the previous space, this design has an edgy tone to it. Seamless in nature & giving a pause through design where necessary, brings about a dramatic atmosphere. The Interiors have meticulously detailed in a simplistic approach, employing a muted palette of Grey’s Green & Yellow.
