This Neutral Chic 3BHK residential is located in Kharadi, Pune which was well-knotted by Duende Designs Interior Design Studio. This project describes a residence that is devised in a mixture of neoclassical with modern design styles. These are conversely placed together and give a new theme to the project by using Neutral tones that have a timeless quality that transcends trends and fads. They provide a solid foundation for space and create a harmonious backdrop for various design styles making them an elegant and enduring space.
The Principal Architects Ar. Dhanshree Kharat says that “In our Project titled Neutral Chic, we have used neutral tones to achieve balance within a space and at the same time make it look versatile. The colour palette revolves around soft shades of grey and beige that transcend into nude and taupe providing a backdrop that exudes calmness and tranquillity. The chic factor comes from rich fabrics like velvet, silk and linen that grace the upholstery while natural elements like marble, wood, and metallic accents lend a touch of sophistication.”
ENTRANCE
The entrance of this elegant residence is an apple of the eye! The extended foyer space welcomes you with a beautiful storage unit with a modern-classic sitting arrangement. While moving forward a mirror finish panelling well accentuates with marble finish battens and creates a striking illusion. Although flooring and lighting fixtures add elegance to the décor.
LIVING AREA
Stepping in the lavish living room which is a perfect blend of eye-pleasing colours with the French acoustic décor on the wall and the classic furniture which all together create an elegant aura. An affluent velvet upholstery dual-tone sofa set was selected for a luxurious look to the living room. A marble-top modern centre table and a rug add a classic look to the décor. While a TV unit is well emphasised by a neutral panelling with copper belts complimented a showcase unit. A modern ceiling design, lighting fixtures and a planter adds charm to the décor.
DINING AREA
The dining with its trendy colours, luxury marble-top dining table, and quirky dining chairs style touches everyone’s heart. The in-trend geometric ornament wallpaper used to fashion visually expands space. And it integrates the room with an abundance of glamour with a modern crystal chandelier. The warm ceiling lights complement the elegant sheen of the room. Theclassy modern console unit and curtains selection by the designer played a key role in articulating the house with pretty elements.
MANDIR
The uniqueness of the mandir lies in its elegant wooden customized features. The white wall of the mandir emits an ambience of peace and calmness. Engraving of the beautiful Lord Ganesha and Mantra makes the enclosure a perfect space for positive reflection. While royal floral wallpapers and white furniture adds allure which is also complemented by white lighting fixtures. Wooden frames are inscribed with small bells to create the jaali and classical alluring visuals.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is more than just a place to rest; it is a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. When it comes to designing the perfect master bedroom, combining comfort and style is essential. A sophisticated design that features a grey leather headboard, and stunning wallpaper accentuated with a full-height mirror on both the side.
This exquisite combination creates a haven of luxury and classic. The centrepiece of this master bedroom is undoubtedly the bed, and a grey leather headboard instantly elevates the room’s aesthetics. The soothing and neutral tone of the study area and the wooden texture flooring sets the foundation for a calm atmosphere.
PARENT’S BEDROOM
The grey texture and furnishing add a touch of opulence and warmth, giving the room a lavish feel. The headboard’s plush cushioning provides the perfect backrest for making the space both stylish and functional. To create a sense of depth and glamour, incorporating grey texture and fluted white into the back panelling is a design masterstroke. Moreover, the circular mirror dressing unit adds richness to the interior décor. While white furniture allure and perfectly complements the wooden flooring.
KIDS BEDROOM
Executing pastel hues with hints of white, the kids’ bedroom makes use of more classic and dynamic design elements. The twin modern bed design is well accentuated with an elegant motif wallpaper. While the wooden flooring texture and white glossy modern sliding wardrobe add charm to the décor. The study table design is well-emphasized with a dual-tone cabinet. While a modern console unit and a circular mirror with planters create an eye-soothing décor.
In all, this superlative abode has an amalgamation of luxurious materials, rich textures, and subtle hues—which are evoking bliss as one remains fixated on these reliably.
