The Founder and Principal Architects Akash Chona and Ishan Chona share that the concept was to create an Open office with a free-flow movement plan. The zoning of the space is divided into four segments starting with the reception and the waiting area leading towards the discussion area, and then towards the workstations (studio space), finally leading towards the principal Architect’s cabin. The timeless palette of natural pine is constant across the complete workspace.
Reception Area
The innovative screen with a curved theme enables natural light to flow through the office as well as allows for an open office plan. The monochromatic palette follows the earthy theme with hints of creative wood elements added to give the space a luxurious feel. The reception area features a free-flow design, highlighted by an elegantly crafted reception table. The company logo prominently displayed on the wall adds a touch of refinement. A welcoming and visually striking entrance is created for visitors with a refined entrance, accented by mural ceramic and grey rustic flooring.
Waiting Area
The waiting area is adorned with two stylish blue sofas and decorative planters, adding a touch of elegance. The modern and unique ceiling decor further enhances the ambience, creating a visually striking space. This combination of contemporary furnishings and artistic elements makes the waiting area inviting and impressive for visitors.
Discussion Area
The discussion area boasts a see-through curved screen that adds a modern touch. A marble-top discussion table paired with modern office chairs creates a sleek look. Wooden modern shelves offer storage while complementing the aesthetic discussion space. Black lighting fixtures and carefully selected artefacts further enhance the cohesive and sophisticated ambience.
Workstation Area
In the workstation area, elegantly ornate spaces are distinguished by curved dual-tone screens for a stylish touch. Each wooden working desk boasts dividers designed with bulletin boards, ensuring privacy, which enhances focus and productivity. The eye-catching wall decor adds personality and inspiration to the workspace. Additionally, wooden shelves in the corners serve both functional and aesthetic purposes, optimizing the use of space.
In another workstation area, warm lighting fixtures create a cosy ambience. The wooden desk is complemented by upper cabinets and shelves, offering ample storage and a sleek aesthetic. The black ceiling lighting fixtures add a touch of sophistication to the space. Architect’s Cabin
