Every corner is a testament to thoughtful detailing, ensuring a unique yet functional aesthetic,” says Mr Verma, emphasising the synergy between form and function.

The living area exudes grandeur with its plush beige sofas paired with curved armchairs upholstered in smooth fabric. The high-gloss black veneer cladding on the walls integrates seamlessly with the black-tinted glass backdrop features Satuario marble with subtle veining. All these elements create a refined and elegant atmosphere ideal for luxurious living. A central black marble-top coffee table anchors the space, complemented by a chic rug with geometric patterns. A TV unit wall highlighted with mirror finish panelling and a marble cladding backdrop accentuates a striking storage design which adds opulence. While a modern elegant ceiling décor and the selection curtain add charm to the living area.
Dining Area: Elegance in Flow
The dining area, adjacent to the living and passage area, combines functionality with luxury. A sleek rectangular dark marble top dining table is paired with modern unique style chairs in dark hues. The walls are adorned with CNC MDF panels finished in PU Duco, while ambient lighting enhances the aesthetic. The passage integrates mirrored cladding, adding depth and light. A statement wall art piece and console unit on the way of the passage wall complement the overall luxurious theme, bridging spaces harmoniously. While an aesthetic ceiling décor with lighting fixtures emphasizes the wall decors.
Modern Kitchen: Contemporary Minimalism
The modular kitchen is a sleek combination of functionality and style. High-gloss cabinets in monochrome shades provide ample storage, while brass-accented handles add sophistication.
