P H Joshi & Associates, located in Gandhidham and designed by Gatrad Interior Solutions under Principal Designers Id Mitesh Joshi and Id Komal Kodrani, is a thoughtfully crafted office interior which was completed in 2025. Spread across a built-up area of 1200 sq. ft. within a 30’ x 60’ plot, the project reflects a refined balance of functionality and aesthetics. The design language embraces contemporary sensibilities while integrating warmth, texture, and identity, resulting in a workspace that feels both professional and inviting.
The Principal Designers share that the vision was to create a workspace that seamlessly balances modern professionalism with warmth and cultural depth. Every space was approached with a focus on material richness, spatial clarity, and user comfort. Through careful layering of textures, controlled lighting, and bespoke furniture elements, the design evolves as a cohesive experience—where functionality meets refined aesthetics, resulting in an environment that feels both elevated and intuitively connected.
Modern Entrance
The entrance sets a bold and refined tone with its dark, textured door featuring subtle geometric inlays, complemented by warm lighting and a slatted ceiling detail. A sleek, backlit signage element is seamlessly integrated at the entrance, reinforcing the brand identity with a subtle yet impactful presence. All the compositions create a welcoming threshold that transitions smoothly into the workspace while maintaining a strong visual identity.
Sculptural Reception Area
The reception area is defined by sculptural simplicity, with a custom-designed curved desk finished in soft neutral tones. Textured walls and subtly patterned surfaces add depth, while integrated lighting enhances the spatial experience. The use of indoor plants and minimal décor introduces freshness, creating a calm yet distinctive first impression.
Pleasant Waiting Area
The waiting area beautifully blends modern design with cultural expression. A neutral palette of taupe walls, grey marble flooring, and olive-green upholstery sittings creates a grounded ambience. A richly detailed tapestry-style wall art with intricate geometric and floral motifs adds a subtle layer of traditional Indian character to the space. The highlight is the niche featuring a vibrant Lord Krishna sculpture, accentuated by a Sri Yantra light above. The space is zoned into a waiting lounge and a glass-enclosed meeting area, with layered lighting and indoor plants enhancing warmth, texture, and visual interest.
Discussion Area
The discussion area is designed as a semi-private, fluid space featuring minimal decor and muted tones. The wall is defined by elegant panelling with vertical fluted detailing, creating a soft, sculptural appearance that adds depth and visual interest. Comfortable seating and a clean layout encourage interaction, while the balance of openness and enclosure ensures a space that feels both relaxed and purposeful.
Contemporary Meeting Area
The meeting area is designed with a focus on clarity and collaboration. A clean layout, paired with a modern metal base table, comfortable seating and subtle material finishes, ensures a distraction-free environment. Accent shelving with integrated lighting and curated décor adds character, while maintaining a professional and composed atmosphere suitable for discussions and presentations.
Elegant Working Area
The working area is designed for efficiency and comfort, featuring linear workstations paired with ergonomic chairs. A neutral palette, combined with ample natural light, creates a bright and focused environment. Overhead storage, clean desk layouts, and minimal distractions ensure a streamlined workspace that supports productivity while maintaining visual coherence.
Retreat MD Cabin
This MD cabin reflects modern luxury and refined sophistication through a sophisticated palette of greys, beiges, and deep charcoal tones. The executive desk, with its polished stone top and distinctive 3D wave-patterned facade, becomes the focal point. A sleek, upholstered leather sofa complements the executive setting, offering a refined spot for informal discussions and added comfort. A floor-to-ceiling marble feature wall framed by cylindrical columns adds grandeur, while large-format flooring, linear lighting, and subtle greenery complete the space with a balance of opulence and contemporary elegance.
Aesthetic MD Cabin
This MD cabin showcases a sophisticated contemporary aesthetic with a warm neutral palette. The executive desk features an Art Deco-inspired metal leg with geometric curves and a fluted front panel, creating a distinctive identity. Plush cream leather chairs enhance comfort, while modern style square open shelves, textured walls and natural light emphasise material richness. Matte black accents in lighting and detailing introduce contrast, anchoring the space with a refined and contemporary visual balance.
