The Principal Designer, Prachi Satam, shares that the design intent was to create a workspace that feels open yet structured, allowing seamless movement while maintaining defined zones. The focus was on using a soft, neutral palette complemented by subtle accents to avoid visual clutter. Thoughtful material selection and ergonomic furniture were key considerations, allowing the space to function seamlessly day-to-day while maintaining a sense of ease and clarity for the team.
Subtle Staff Area
The staff area upon arrival is designed with a clear emphasis on efficiency and openness. Linear workstations in soft beige tones are paired with ergonomic grey chairs, creating a balanced and functional setup. Overhead cabinetry provides ample storage while maintaining a clean visual line, ensuring the workspace remains organised and uncluttered.
Subtle design elements enhance the staff zone without overwhelming it. Frosted glass partitions and doors introduce a sense of division while maintaining a gentle visual continuity. Neutral-toned flooring with a subtle texture adds warmth while ensuring durability for everyday use. Soft wall decor adds a gentle layer of character, while the neutral palette keeps the overall environment calm, focused, and conducive to daily work routines.
Accented Lounge Area
The lounge area offers a relaxed pause within the workspace, defined by comfortable modern sofas in soft neutral tones. A rustic tone accent wall introduces depth, while large windows with blinds filter natural light, creating a soothing atmosphere. A sleek, modern ceiling-mounted fan blends seamlessly into the lounge, offering efficient airflow without disrupting the clean aesthetic. The furniture remains minimal yet inviting, creating a setting that feels relaxed, comfortable, and easy to use for everyday interactions.
Refine Cabin Area
The cabin is designed with a more defined and composed character, using eye-catching tones and clean-lined furniture to establish a sense of focus. A modern desk paired with ergonomic seating ensures functionality, while the backdrop of deep-toned cabinetry adds visual depth. Large windows bring in ample daylight, softened by neutral-toned blind curtains, creating a workspace that feels both efficient and comfortable. While a clean-lined linear lighting fixture in the cabin provides focused illumination while reinforcing the space’s contemporary aesthetic.
Aesthetic Conference Room
The conference room is designed to encourage collaboration within a refined setting. A sleek wooden meeting table is paired with ergonomic seating, while a neutral palette maintains a calm and cohesive look. Large windows invite natural light, enhancing the sense of openness. A compact mandir niche is thoughtfully positioned along the window wall, set above the cabinetry, where clean-lined cabinets provide discreet storage while maintaining a calm and cohesive presence. A statement wall and integrated screen create a focal point, while subtle lighting adds warmth, making the space both professional and welcoming for discussions and presentations.
Refreshment Zone
The pantry and washroom areas are designed with a focus on clarity and ease of use, continuing the overall design language. Soft-toned cabinetry, minimal fittings, and clean surfaces ensure effortless maintenance and functionality. The pantry is planned to remain organised and efficient for everyday use, while the wash area, with its warm lighting and compact layout, integrates seamlessly without disturbing the visual harmony of the workspace.
