This apartment is spread across 4000 SQ.FT. with a living, dining space and a kitchen. The clients brief was to have a home which portrays richness in subtle lines. The clients dream was to have a luxurious home that never goes out of fashion and at the same time has a delicate language of peace and calmness attached to it.
Foyer :
The foyer has a natural stone finish wall with copper glass inlays, and a veneer finished shoe rack to portray a sense of calmness while entering the house.
Living Room :
The living room is a perfect example of modern luxury. The balance between subtleness and royalty was achieved with the use of Italian marble flooring along with metal, veneer, and natural wood .luxurious onyx marble was used on the highlighting wall to compliment the flooring .
Balcony :
to compliment the beautiful sun rise spectacles from the deck, a vertical garden was created on the back of a swing on one side along with a outdoor library and coffee sitting on the other side.
Mandir :
The mandir was designed with pure white marble stone with a concept of sun rise on the back panel achieved via copper inlay and warm cove lighting.
Master Bedroom :
The master bedroom is kept simple and elegant, with lighter tones of bed panel being balanced by dark texture veneer, a lux wallpaper along with white corian used for wardrobes;
Guest Bedroom :
For the guest bedroom, a colour pallete of cream tiles, navy blue back panel, veneer finish wardrobes and white hues was chosen to enhance the spacious room.
3rd Bedroom :
For this bedroom domination linear strokes were designed with stone fininsh veneer over the bed panel and wadrobe along with wine shade curtains to give the space a rich appearance.
4th Bedroom :
This bedroom was designed with natural pinewood panelling and rcc finish walls .thewardrobe and tv unit were juxtaposed with plum pufininsh and a cosy and raw vibes were derived out of the theme.
