Client Brief:
Mr Sujan solleti, a young client from Gudur of Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. Being aspirational about his life and livelihood he approached us with a plot dimension of 21’ x 55’ which was in a commercial area in his town, having a personal attachment with the society which results to plan his house in the same locality.
As the initial meeting was held in place where construction need to be done, the series of opinion exchanges were going on…
The point that strikes hard was he need his house to be first of its kind in his town. That struck very hard into me as project driven as beautiful as never client expected.
Concept note:
SS Castle – The Smart Home, that defines more technology into the home with simple applications. The complete project was fully automated with all the sensors equipped; so, the client can operate anything from anywhere with a simple touch.
This project covers all the themes such as classical style with modern elements which gets this category into master bedroom and guest bedroom, contemporary styled home theatre and modern children’s bedroom and such many more elements added in this project as a client’s wish this project becomes the never seen home in his town.
Design Process:
The process of designing each project gives much need learning things, especially designing this kind of project gives challenges for an architect. Considering all the space aspects and adding modernized techniques such as automation for an entire project was not an easy task but we overcome that with a proper planning and by taking utmost care in execution makes it simple yet beautiful.
This is a 3BHK triplex villa with a home theatre each floor has construction area of 950 square feet.
This site indicates me to think wide in design aspects in making the project more attractive with very simple colour palette which helps us to finale the colour scheme, and when it comes to material selection many decorative materials were used such as contemporary single leaf veneers for doors and rustic veneer for ceilings and the lift cabin was done with the corian surface with the artificial grass cladding in corner which looks bright and exotic, and the corian stair case railings which brings much beauty and many more exotic materials were used in this project.
This villa has handpicked curation of furniture, materials, textures and décor.
Various moods of lighting are created indoor as well as outdoor, some of the decorative lightings are added at entrance lobby, double height, guest bedroom and home theatre.
