Creating a home that reflects the unique style of the family members is quite a task. This luxurious residence has made the clichés for the people living here. Entire house has been conceptualized with vertical and linear structures in the backdrop with bold accents blending creatively to give a lasting impression. This place seems to be a perfect blend of design aesthetics and practical necessities. The personalized design has transformed the space into a warm and comfortable lodge for its members. It inspires everybody with its contemporary yet classy home decor. The apartment has five bedrooms, a hall, kitchen with dining area and a beautiful family lounge in it. Every nook and corner have been carefully tailored to satisfy the client’s requirement. – Said by the Principal Designer of Eunoia Studio.
The knob-free door with built-in handles with floral work used in the main entrance of house gives a whole new composition which looks very jazzy and has a different approach. The main door designed with a similar concept is accentuated with graceful grid patterns with rhythmic on the surface. Entire house has been conceptualized with vertical and linear structures in the backdrop with bold accents blending creatively to give a lasting impression.
Living room is designed with an optimum sitting space having 3 sofas and a unique center table with marble top. The main wall is colourful textured with golden strip to give a royal look finish by blending cream toned sofas are accentuated with soft cushions. These stylish sofa sittings allow you the utmost comfort for relaxing and enjoying with the family and friends by complementing ombre curtains. Living room is facing the huge balcony receives an ample amount of light which leads to picking off a subtle white colour palette. This room has the favourite element that is wooden flooring and crystal chandelier adds aesthetical value in the room. The false ceiling is kept light according to the lingo of the residence. The mood lighting used in the interior creates a cosy atmosphere with beautiful vase.
The main entrance wooden ceiling leads to the dining area. While designing the kitchen, Eunoia Studio knew that grey and white would be the perfect colour for the kitchen. Its aesthetic is minimal, Reflective finishes glossy white cabinets and fusion grey granite top for the kitchen platform, give the space a sophisticated flourish. The kitchen had large entryway where conceptualized a service unit it on left & Jali Panel on right side. The backsplash comprises white with grey shade tiles and the choice of a grey counter-top imparts a favourable contrast to the white cabinets.
Modern dining interiors with contemporary 6-seater dining table of solid wood with white table top and flaunting a brown veneer work. While chair has upholstery grey velvet material with wooden work. Gold black tube crystal pendant chandelier raindrop style just complementing the dining area with wooden ceiling design. Dine area looks even more rich with wooden grid panel and open shelves highlighting by warm light.
Sober yet functional with family lounge in white and grey palette followed by a balcony. The opposite grey texture wall peppered with grid pattern wood panel. An artsy lord buddha statue on shelf which highlighting through black pendent ceiling light. Grey L-seater and rectangular coffee table just glorifying the space. A special corner for the reading is design with wooden rack and it is a linear, minimalistic composition.
The first bedroom is lit and ventilated predominantly by the balcony. The morning sunlight streams into the bedroom, gently lighting up the space. By using pastel shades pink and white glossy furnish with geometric pattern cushion backrest of bed just give soothing to eyes. There is small space for reading work while false ceiling work is sober with light complementing the area. With beautiful Nero Venato porcelain tiles just beautify the attached bathroom with white cabinets.
The second bedroom is made simple, but elegant furnish and false ceiling. Wardrobe and wall panel looks great with grey tint shade which also complementing brown headboard bed furnish. There is small study area with cabinet and open shelf were getting natural light from the balcony. Blending two colour themes grey and white in bathroom, without having it be distinctly apart and segmental, made it dissect design paradigms with unique grid pattern.
The third one is master bedroom which is the masterpiece, it portrays an expression of the true combination of the contemporary, modern and minimalism. The finished design is the direct reflection of the evolved desires and interests of our client. Working on this project expanded our boundaries and made us believe in the scale of design a thousand times more. Blending three colour themes into space, without having it be distinctly apart and segmental, made us scrape out and dissect design paradigms. Wardrobe has inbuilt wooden handle with modern design while study area is sober with open shelves.
The fourth bedroom is for grandparent room revolves around white-brown furnished and bedhead wall is white pairing with brown bookmark pattern further exalted by the backlight effect. By giving a futuristic twist with open cabinet, simple tv wall unit and lower storage cabinet.
The fifth bedroom white-grey tones add and remove emphasis in this bedroom. Bed wall help to center the space, symmetry created by two small side tables with cabinet at either side of the bed. Blinds in the corner gives a great combination with the white furnish cabinet. Whereas modern tv wall unit just highlighted by led light and two shelves.
