Creating a home that reflects the unique style of the family members is quite a task. This luxurious residence of 2700 sq. ft., in Ahmedabad has made the dream come true for the people living here. This place seems to be a perfect blend of design aesthetics and practical necessities. The personalized design has transformed the space into a warm and comfortable lodge for its members. It inspires everybody with its contemporary yet classy home décor. The apartment has four bedrooms, a big hall with dining and a spacious kitchen in it. Every nook and corner has been carefully tailored to satisfy the client’s requirements.
The client came to STUDIO DESIGN ATELIER with a desire to create a home with a modest and timeless interior. They wanted their residence to be very simple, modern, and maintenance-free. The interiors follow a subtle colour scheme, highlighting the luxurious furnishings, rich materials, and exquisite décor details. LIVING AREA
The knob-free door with built-in handles used in the entire house gives a whole new composition which looks very bright and has a different approach. The main door, designed with a similar concept, is accentuated with graceful grid patterns with rhythm. The grand living space facing the huge balcony receives an ample amount of light which leads to picking off a subtle off-white coloured pallet for the interior. The stylish sofas with grey upholstery and pastel grey-pink cushions sittings allow you the utmost comfort for relaxing and enjoying with family and friends. A modern swing with pastel upholstery sitting and sofa near entrance compliments the brick-pattern wall. The ceiling design is kept light according to the lingo of the residence which compliments the modern globe chandelier. The excellent design of the TV unit in wooden with black element looks so elegant and desirable.
DINING AREA
Large windows infiltrate the dining area with beautiful natural light. The morning light in the dining area is lovely and it turns into a cozy breakfast place for the family to hang out together. The dining top has a gorgeous black finish that adds luxury to the space with a wooden base, while pastel dining chairs with wooden legs compliment the interior decor. A beautiful linear wooden ceiling design with profile lights adds charm to this dining area. A small corner is treated as a puja area with a holistic and divine wooden partition.
The wall against the dining table is décor with a brick-pattern while black is used as, highlighter on which a designer mirror is to be placed. A wash basin with a white top and wooden cabinets compliments the black faucet and hanger fittings. While on one side of the wall there is a pleasing amalgamation of contemporary- traditional art for the puja area. During the day time, the sunrays are completely on the unit, which magnifies the materials and textures. At nights, the backlit white carved material with the wooden drawers together works wonders to attain peace to the user.
KITCHEN AREA
In the kitchen first thing guests notice is a modern breakfast counter, with a fluted white palette on its base. It makes a pleasing contrast with the pastel stools, which add character to the contemporary linear light fixtures. The kitchen lies adjacent to the dining room, appearing as a seamless extension. Its aesthetic is minimal, reflective finishes, defined by a glossy white C- shaped platform and cabinet fusion with profile fittings for drawers gives a clever and obscure space.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is a lavish space with an amalgamation of luxury and elegant. Wooden flooring and wooden furniture are the eye-soothing elements in this beautiful bedroom. As is seen with the light beige upholstery linear bed’s back wall décor and headboard of the lavish floating bed mingled with the floating wooden floor. The royal palette of wardrobe design with hints of white coloured open shelves brings out the true meaning to the word majestic. An elegant ceiling design and modern pendant light in the corner of the bedroom adds charm to the bedroom décor. Two wooden chairs compliment the modern rug in this spacious bedroom with a wooden ceiling design. The designer smartly designs the dressing area with black glass shutters for the wardrobe, while olive green curtains and simple ceiling design create a good combination.
CHILDREN’S BEDROOM
The most fascinating bedroom out of all was the children’s bedroom, which had so many striking edges to it. Starting from an elegant bed design to the famous backdrop of a 3D football player art was done on it. With grey rustic background lighting design is to be done as per the football theme. Matching the theme wardrobe is to be designed very creatively with open white shelves. An elegant wooden bed design with side table and blue headrest compliments the corner pendent light. The modern design of the study desk with blue chair and curtain compliments the ceiling design. An elegant TV unit décor with white palette with SS vertical belts adds charm to it.
CHILDREN’S BEDROOM
The second children’s bedroom is draped in hues of grey and blue palette to accentuate the calmness and meditative atmosphere much needed in the bedroom. An artistic textured wall and royal blue headboard is a perfect combination for the children’s bedroom. A simple wooden study table with white board and wooden storage unit creates fancy modern furniture with a unique ceiling design. While elements like artifacts and modern pendent light compliment the bedroom décor.
FOURTH BEDROOM
The fourth bedroom is rendered with an off-white with glossy light colour scheme with wooden highlights, inviting the light from the large windows, creating the room bright. A simple glossy light blue niche behind the bed makes the bedroom simply elegant that presents a striking statement with grey accents on the bed’s headboard upholstery with side drawers. Simple ceiling design and an elegant TV unit design creates a good ambience in the bedroom.

STUDIO DESIGN ATELIER designed this luxurious residence in Ahmedabad. Working with a muted material palette, wooden element as a highlighter, designer mirrors and metal accents have been used to bring warmth and grace to the apartment. The colour palette infuses simplicity with a grey and black backdrop for times of togetherness. Pastel upholstery furniture with wooden elements creates a room that’s upbeat and comfortable at the same point. Each area has been designed in a way that will suit user’s preferences, also keeping the overall aesthetics of the apartment.
Highlighted with textured walls and dominant use of furnishings & glossy finishes compliments the simplicity yet elegance within the interior space. The elegant design of ceiling and light fixtures gives a playful effect with a sense of illusion. The pretty chandeliers bring out the overall grace with the glossy flooring used for space makes the room feel even bigger and brighter. No wonder the pastel colours, materials, and subtle art of adding the exact proportions, all together create this soothing natural environment inside. A sense of symmetry, togetherness, and a rhythm in materials, colours, and textures has been achieved, which makes the user connect with every smallest element of the house.
