INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO an architectural firm designed this beautiful residence which was inspired by such a beginning with luxurious interiors defining a new lifestyle. The bungalow is located in a premium residential area in Bhuj, Gujarat, and it is a magnificent showcase of elegance. The client wanted a modem, well-lit, ventilated elegant, and exclusive residence, with smart technology. Hayaan Palace is well ornamented by smooth-finished interiors with ample space which is amalgamated in a form of simplistic and modernist furnishings.
The homeowners aspired to own a haven that they could call their dream home. Keeping this in mind The Principal Designer DEEP SHAH of INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO, proceeded to create a residence that brims with modest opulence and grandeur, elements of contemporary interior design. The Principal Designer also stated that “When a project that is very close to your heart is completed and you get the desired or better result, you are left speechless. When the client entrusts all the work to us, our responsibility increases a lot and we strive to deliver even better. Yes, we present a beautiful house, which is not just a house but our dear client Sagar Thakkar’s dream home.”
As a structure, the first thing that catches everyone’s eye is the façade framing of the villa. The construed layout plan showed an elegant element and it had to be lightened in its mass and nestled between the houses to try to blend in. The Designer intended to fragment the mass with an earthy palette and make it appear lighter and afloat. A palette of light shades emphasized with focus light fixtures and accented with SS vertical batten adds charm to the facade. The house name Hayaan Palace is designed in a circular shape and adorned with a spotlight. The bottom level features an entrance, living room, pooja room, dining room, kitchen, and parent’s bedroom. The upper-level houses the most intimate section of the home – 3 bedrooms including the master suite and an office area.
LIVING ROOM
The residence is accessed by the subtle, lavish entrance with a unique selection of the main door design paired up with an antique square pyramid handle. Guests were welcome in a lavish living room with an elegant and classic interior décor. The designer decided to play with the beige and white combination with grey upholstery sofas with wooden legs accentuating the marble top modern center table. The TV unit was given a backdrop of stone cladding with vertical battens screen which also compliments the lord statue on either side. While inbuilt TV console unit is highlighted with a light strip which creates an eye catchy look. Modern ceiling design and curtains give a royal look to the living room interior space. “Luxury is in each detail” furniture with a modern touch.
POOJA AREA
The living area and pooja area are visually connected beautifully as the designer used a glass door for the pooja entrance. The Pooja area takes a surface approach with marble claddings on the walls. It attains a classic touch with a hint of brass gold. The spaces assign a next level of opulence with the grid lines on a marble cladding wall and the white furniture. It is highlighted by a wooden ceiling with spotlights while bells and a modern gold velvet chair add charm to the décor.
DINING AREA
The dining wall and curtains turned out to be the highlight of the interior space in dining area. Designer decided to go for a modern art which was frame-out paired with olive back painted glass whereas rose gold paneling with strip lights compliment the wall art. White marble dining table with unique design of metal and luxury dining chairs with wooden legs gives a royal look to the interior décor. Modern LED pendent light and an elegant ceiling design accentuates with each other.
KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen and dining area atmosphere of comfort and flawless beauty! The open plan creates a wide space with a dining area and kitchen gracefully. The fronts of the kitchen unit are faced the shade of olive green and rose gold palette cabinets in combination with marble cladded wall gives the feeling of comfort and a luxe factor. While a white-shaped platform adds elegance to the kitchen décor. A beautiful heighted rose gold crockery unit complements the all over the interior space.
WASH BASIN
The design of wash basin is just creating a speechless ambience. The modern choice of washbasin with marble platform and planter adds royal look to the space. The light shade of drawers and a modern LED pendent light is creating a modernist décor. The celling design with light fixture in the passage accentuates the design of the wash basin area.
PARENT’S BEDROOM
The parent’s bedroom takes a simplistic and modern theme with a definite introduction of colours. A velvet upholstery modern bed with a beautiful headboard centralizes the space to be surrounded by elegant backdrop wall décor. It is highlighted with a minimal brass-gold belt introduces a sense of attraction and joy into the space of the user. The wardrobes and reflective design of wooden paneling with vertical decor perceptually magnifies the space by manifolds. The dressing area has a unique style of mirror with white framing and storage units accentuated the revolving recliners chair. The contemporary ceiling design with two shades add allure to the bedroom interior décor.
STAIRCASE
The entire staircase nests on this marble-clad step giving it an illustrious importance. While the architecture structure of staircase is emphasizing the theme of interior decoration. The depth of the angular side of the steps is beautified due to the lights being placed at every step enhancing the plain wall. The space under the staircase designer used as storage which is beautifully décor with the marble texture enfolded in L-shape.
PASSAGE
A staircase leads to the upper level of the villa in a very elegant manner. The marble flooring continues to the wall of the passage while the modern vase accentuates the wall. The ceiling design is ornamented with an LED profile light. While all the door of the respective room is the same which looks elegant with a white wall.
MASTER BEDROOM
The first glance of the master bedroom would leave one awed! It offers so much grandeur to gasp in a moment. The unique style of geometric wooden paneling proportions that are amplified with the grey paneling defines the verticality of the space. The timelessness of the setup lies in the modern design of a bed with an earthy palette and soft undertone décor in the base. The peach headboard with wooden framing breaks the monochromatic of the bedroom décor. The selection of curtains and two different styles of sitting add a luxe factor to the bedroom. The furniture and the ceiling design of the lavish master bedroom add elegance to it. The geometric paneling is continued on the TV unit paneling but with different elements on either side of simple wooden paneling.
The designer smartly used a dark marble cladding wall for the washbasin which complements the ceiling design. The bathroom is well décor with two different shades of marble either on the floor or on the walls.
KID’S BEDROOM
In the kid’s bedroom a well design bed with elongated side tables, the designers have attempted to décor with all possible modern combinations to create comfortable spaces! Interesting play of brick walls and dark upholstery headboard, where the modern design wardrobes and dressing unit intersect with marble texture panel used for drawers. The designer’s elegant choices of fabrics in the curtains, flooring, and panels accentuate the decor. The modern ceiling design immediately catches one’s eye and makes speechless. The bathroom of this bedroom is nicely designed with wooden texture flooring which emphasizes the ceiling design. The combination of dark marble and wooden texture décor creates a good ambiance to the décor.
GUEST BEDROOM
The guest room has a stately interior with a noticeably grey marble cladding wall with vertical metal belts and circular wall art, hence complementing the modern design of the ceiling. The bed is abstracted out of a wooden with different elements which complement the marble cladding wall. The nook for resting is segregated using a wooden dressing unit and wardrobe with a black modern handle.
HOME OFFICE
Clients want one working area, so for that designer elegantly décor this office in an earthy tone with white and grey palettes. The grey-white paneling in geometric shape is décor with hexagonal shelves. The wooden table and cabinets with white tops complement the grey elements used in the modern table. The elegant ceiling design and all the décor elements make this office more beautiful and elegant.
