The royal art design of the modern villa captures attention through its outstanding and magnificent elevation design. The projections combined with the prominent vertical element give the facade a unique identity while providing an elegant effect area for the terrace. The varied volumetric spaces borrow in a lot of Natural light flooding through the strategically placed windows. The fascinating landscape garden design has interesting adorned which makes it even more relaxing and colourful with water bodies décor elements.
The exterior is very simple and needful being subtle and stands out in the surrounding. With careful considerations and design thinking in the process, a simple geometric mass shape with a linear touch was chosen and detailed in such a way with elegant eye-soothing elements. Starting with the posh living area with the beautiful ideology of innovating an environment best suited to the client’s lifestyle and personality. Emphasizing the mantra of timeless design, the open living space enjoys a lasting fondness of the minimal yet intricate detailing. The dignified colour pallet of wallpapers and furniture is very well impressive. The interior wall and ceiling lights are aptly placed enriching the charm of the space. The latest modern furniture and wall decorative elements have a crucial role here that gives an intriguing appearance to the room.
Wooden flooring textured is used in public areas to create a minimal look that exudes luxury. In the lounge area, modern elegant C-shaped sofas form the center space along with a wooden center table. Natural lighting and greenery fill up this space to make it a light, airy, and eye-soothing ambience. The modern heavy wooden dining table accentuates with leatherette chairs. All the classic artefacts add allure to this interior space dramatically. While a plain elegant ceiling design adds charm to wall décor with lighting fixtures.
A marble staircaserepresents elegance, good taste, and unique beauty that lasts over time. While going towards the staircase wall is highlighted with stone cladding. Whereas on the adjacent wall of it is décor with unique wall paintings and a modern wooden console unit. Staircase’s wall is emphasized with marble cladding and an inbuilt steel railing. The lighting fixtures add brightness to the white walls elegantly.
All the bedrooms are on the upper level which is soberly ornated by the designer. Classic bedrooms are warm and welcoming, it exudes elegance and definitive design. Wall paintings and artefacts add elegance to the wooden texture flooring. The wooden console unit and modern armchairs create eye-catchy elements. Simple ceiling design with lighting fixtures creates a good ambience in the bedrooms.
All the bedrooms are connected through this large balcony area. Where designer placed a wooden console unit and outdoor chairs for relaxing and enjoying the openness. The series of lighting fixtures on a white ceiling creates graceful and eye-pleasing décor elements during day and night.
