Relevance is an ambience of tropical luxury with the occupants’ personalities imbued into its core, residence is styled with a modern minimalist interior design using elegant colour palettes, which complement each element. AWPRA Residence ornamentation that echoes a tropical luxury theme in the 2000 sq. ft., area was elegantly designed by Space Kraft Architects and Interior Design firm located in Panchshil Towers, Kharadi, Pune. This home was crafted to incorporate a balance between design, functionalities and their envisioned.

The interior décor showcases a clean, elegant and modest design that also features eye-catching luxury elements. It’s an ultimate experience of grandeur and comfort. Monochromatic and rich colour tones with eye-pleasing furniture and modern aesthetics showcase the brilliance and turn each corner of this house into a masterpiece.
CLASSY LIVING AREA
Becoming the key feature within the social spaces, the living area adorns striking modern-classical-themed furniture and wall decor. With a brick wall texture and tropical theme upholstery sofa complemented with two side tables and modest lighting fixtures. A pastel theme sofa and two classic armchairs well accentuate with a circular centre table. The TV unit is designed using classic elements to add drama while the floating console unit creates a pleasant balance completing the space. The TV unit’s grey panelling wall is ornated with lighting fixtures while a modern classic ceiling décor adds allure to the living space décor with planters.
ROYAL DINING AREA
To set up a beautiful dining area in a well-lit with a contemporary piece to the modern earthy tone dining table and minimal floral chairs complementing the look. The designers also played with colour and placed classy lighting fixtures to give it a warm look. The dining area grandeur has a classical touch with matching blind curtains, a classy console unit and side tables complemented with selected artefacts.
EYE-SOOTHING PASSAGE
Every aspect of the design, from the flooring to ceiling and wall finishes to the lighting fixtures and wall treatments, was carefully chosen to create a cohesive and harmonious look. The passage wall is elegantly adorned with a light shade of panelling with golden hue battens while the other wall is well emphasized with selected portraits.
AESTHETICS MASTER BEDROOM
The furniture and decor pieces in this master suite were sourced from renowned luxury brands known for their impeccable craftsmanship and unique designs. From wooden texture flooring, a custom-made royal bed and lounge chair with leg rest give an eye-pleasing effect by lighting fixtures. Art pieces and decent wallpaper along with artistic elements were selected to enhance the overall aesthetic which elevates the living experience in this master bedroom.
The dressing area is well-ornated with tropical-theme wallpaper and ancient-style racks for footwear and accessories. A royal chandelier in this area completely sums up the functionality that meets the grandeur interior theme of the bedroom.
ACCENTED BEDROOM
This tropical theme bedroom tells a simple story with wooden and rattan accented furniture and walls complemented with shades of tropical theme wallpaper and paint. The TV unit wall is gracefully adorned by a light green colour palette and a rattan TV console unit which is well accentuated with other artefacts. The designers played with shapes, colours and tropical patterns to add the necessary essence to this bedroom. While dressing unit is elegantly designed by the designer as per the client’s requirements.

Every detail, from the selection of materials and finishes to the placement of furniture and decor, was executed with precision and subtlety to create a truly luxurious living space that exceeded the client’s expectations.
