This 3 bhk residential project is in Kamatwada, Nashik. That is tailored for couples with a desire for pastel tones and minimal décor. We’ve managed harmony in this space through a thoughtful blend of texture, patterns, colors, lighting and organized space.
Every detail in this home is tailor made, even the simplest one has a lots of back end work that goes on. The medium height shoe rack at the entrance lobby this design is into a sequence of arches with functional aesthetics by adding complementary match of champagned finish vents that allows air to flow in and out. The customized champagne finished nameplate adds emphatic view with the ceder color wall cladding at the background that harmonies the space.
The living room is symmetrically balanced as noticed from wall paints, arch with scones, sofas as and red furniture at ends with the space. whereas the oak wood and pastel shades combination adds the flavor. The arch with the wall scones adds a touch of glamour on parallel walls. The vertical lines of Oak fluted details adore tv wall with repetition of lines (groove pattern) seems running similar in the ceiling. The gorgeous red console has the minimal yet precise detail of arches. The sleek black simple metal center table individually slides one above each other
The kitchen is added a character with a choose of material pallet – white subway tile and blue contrast colors, the backsplash is designed with unconventionally play of pattern in subway wall tiles. The dining area corner is compact yet ergonomic. With folding table and minimal chairs.
The puja room is minimal yet have scared corner within arched niche featuring hand drawn Radhakrishna artwork. The puja unit with Vitthal tilak extrudes a sense of style and harmony and devotion to lord Vitthal. The black metal slim pendant lamp spreads light and creates exciting shadows on the wall. And the transformable sofa cum bed for relaxing comfort when guest is invited.
The parents’ bedroom has a play of oak and white pallet which adds balance to the space. The asymmetrical balance at the back wall is achieved by oak louvers and plain wall with frame.
