Located in LB Nagar, Hyderabad, the KVS Raju Towers by Vantage Developers is designed to provide comfort and convenience in a modern, luxurious setting. This 3BHK apartment spans 1,500 square feet and features a spacious, open layout optimized for both functionality and aesthetics.
The design brief for this show flat focused on simplicity and minimalism, while ensuring a premium, luxurious feel. To achieve this, our team opted for a plain, neutral palette on the walls and floors, allowing the custom-crafted furniture and minimalistic abstract wall art to take center stage. This understated approach enhances the visual impact of the interiors, maintaining elegance and ease of maintenance.
Living Room
The living room exudes a sense of understated elegance, designed to feel open and inviting. The space features custom-crafted furniture pieces with clean lines and a neutral palette, creating a calm, cohesive ambiance. Minimalistic abstract wall art adds a modern touch without overwhelming the space, allowing the furnishings to remain the primary focus. This setup highlights a refined yet accessible luxury, welcoming for residents and guests alike.
All the apartment’s core amenities—including flooring, kitchen granite, dado tiles, switchboards, sink units, and sanitary fixtures—were designed to match the exact finishes offered by the developer, allowing prospective buyers to envision the apartment as their own. The design prioritizes clarity and convenience, helping the sales team provide potential homeowners with a seamless, realistic experience.
Dining Area
The dining area embodies refined elegance, seamlessly integrated within the open layout. Anchoring the space is a custom-built credenza unit wrapped in dark timber veneer, adding a layer of depth and sophistication to the design. Complementing this is a striking wall art installation crafted from mirror pebbles, which reflects light beautifully and introduces a modern, artistic flair. The dining table itself, with minimalist lines and intricate detailing, balances simplicity with timeless style, creating a space that is perfect for both intimate family dinners and elegant gatherings. This thoughtfully designed setup harmonizes with the apartment’s overall aesthetic, adding warmth and character to the heart of the home.

The vanity unit area is a bold yet balanced space, where contrasting dark tones meet a sleek, minimal wood credenza unit. This combination creates a visually striking look, enhanced by an abstract painting that brings a splash of creativity.
