Zeal – Fashion Galore Store | Designer’s Port | Thane
A modern clothing fashion shop nestled in Dombivali East the lively city of Thane, Maharashtra. Zeal–fashion galore skilfully designed by Designer’s Port interior design studio showcases the diversity of trendy clothes. The unique and modern shell with accents of minimalistic elements creates a perfect canvas for the vivid colors of fabrics. The surrounding of the space has been designed in a such way that it complements the displayed products with lighting fixtures. A minimalistic design approach makes the space look classy, well-organized, and spacious.
The Principal Designer, Yogita Taldevkar shared that this modern retail store project faced the unique challenge of designing a space, which turns into truly unique opportunity arose to design this store and that’s came out really good. The idea of ornamentation is to make client customers feel comfortable inside the store. To begin with, we got a plan that is already constructed but the planning was not up to the mark and hence, shaping the design with minimal alteration and client demands were challenging.
The shop’s façade in modern concept has been furcate into well-defined with earmarked for a particular brand name. It has been given elegant displays with Cera sheets in pink shade and light fixtures for the ceiling to complement the entrance. The chief theme has been kept contrasting with a modest front and a subtle inside to make it simple yet significant.
The large, transparent glass has been put up for the ease of the customers. The mannequin display is captivated by the spotlight and grey texture perched, which stands in contrast to the exterior decor. As the designer smartly leaves some space and then set the shutter of the store. So, even after closing the shutter of the shop, the mannequin display can be seen which also creates an eye-catchy for the passer.
The modern-classic cash counter features a backdrop of artistic fabric look wallpaper and grey paneling complements the entrance. While cash counter table is well designed in an L-shape with a white Corian top with curved corners which is well décor in pink fluted laminate. The brown mirror finish look highlighted with warm light adds charm to the cash counter and it is also used for the base of the table. The designer smartly designs a white panel where all the electric switches hide behind it and enhances the cash counter décor.
The ceiling décor kept elegant white to create height and look spacious while grey marble finish flooring adds allure to the décor. The wall opposite the cash counter is used as a display unit which is highlighted with sober and elegant texture wallpaper paring with grey paneling framing. The designer creatively cover the loft and beams and used them as storage.
The sales counter again design with a white Corian top in a semi-circular shape with the same décor of pink fluted laminate and mirror finish belts. The color palette has been kept in neutral and eye-soothing tones to create a sublime vista. Arched shape wooden décor for racks with a Corian white belt creates a positive ambiance.
The walls have been ornated with subtle wallpaper to complement the overall color palette. While some section for racks is highlighted with grey laminated for the upper cabinet which is used as storage and also accentuates the wooden arched design. All the racks are of transparent glass to give it a minimalist look and enhance the client’s display product.
This series of arches and displays was reflected on the opposite wall with a huge mirror as per the client’s requirement. Whereas the end of the shop has a mirror panel wall that creates a visual illusion of an extended space. And in the end, the designer smartly placed two trail rooms with the same theme of décor is used. While one room is for the tailor with all their respective elements set up. All the light fixtures create a good ambiance in the entire space.
Overall, the design concept of the entire retail shop is focused on creating a gentle color palette yet giving a rich luxury ambiance to the space. While space is predominantly in the shades of white and fluted pink, wooden finish elements provide warmth to these spaces. The display units are finished in such a way that creates a feeling of timelessness, with textured wallpaper backdrops respectively. Overall, the store focuses on allowing the customer to enjoy the feeling of buying an exquisite collection of clothes. Designer’s Port tried to create an experience that will allow the creation of more stories.
