Savitri Residential Bungalow | Interior Era | Raipur
The luxurious residential elect every amenity and luxury of a house while the design vocabulary gives a modern look that is adorned by bold colors in the form of different elements. Savitri residential bungalow was nestled by the well-known interior design studio Interior Era which gives attention to detail every element present would belong together and add value by its presence. This exquisite bungalow in Maruti Lifestyle Raipur, Chhattisgarh boasts luxury, drama, and simplicity. Using a variety of materials in furniture and finishes with a pattern play in fabrics created density in spaces which added that overwhelming feeling and presentation to every space within the entire space. There is a subtle play of textures & bold use of colors with beautiful finishes.
The Principal Designer, ID Nisha Devendra shares that the house is a testament to her passion to curate beautiful places with eye-pleasing aesthetics. The décor elements are to be minimal yet experiential and should reflect the client’s lifestyle. So, we draw this plan which not only fulfills the client’s complete requirements but also gives a lavish feeling. With the soothing exterior, the house appears to be in complete harmony with the interior ornamentation elegantly.
EXTERIOR
The house opens up on a wide porch floored with Kota natural stone for low maintenance with productivity & purity. Facing the main door, pergola beams add to the outdoor aesthetics and a Buddha statue is seated right in the middle to filter positivity in the house. The driveway acquires an array of integrated directional lighting while also acting as mood lighting at night. The designer aimed to make the exterior of the house look elegant and define the person using the space and their distinctive style.
LIVING ROOM
The modern-classic pattern wooden door at the entrance sets an impression of establishing an equilibrium between contemporary and traditionalism. One enters a grand living room and is charmed by the stunning handmade wall painting accentuated by fine golden metal pieces. The space is utilized in such a way that a seamless flow of movement is permitted & the neutral play of colors induces comfort and coziness in the area. The showstopper baroque-style purple sofa and the marble top ball-legged center table exude extravagance and luxury into the room. The large window welcomes natural lighting & a wall-size mirror at one end of the room maximizes the illusion of space.
A classy high-low console table showcasing handpicked unique artifacts & the TV unit fashioned using black designer tile perfect the grandeur experience. A mirror wall panel helps to create a more spacious while a modern wooden stand highlights the unique collection of artifacts. Golden planter stands complement the execution of the living room décor. The modern ceiling décor adds charm to the curtain fabrics.
POOJA ROOM
The golden glass partition separating the pooja area and living room are carefully designed to cater to privacy at either end. The Pooja room has intricated wooden paneling and a few compartments for storage. It has golden touches making it the most treasured corner in the house. An elegant design of a modern sphere pendant light adds charm to this pooja area. While golden knobs used for the main glass door and drawers add a luxe factor to the ornamentation.
DINING AREA
The dining area has been simply designed as a double-height space to behold a circular modern dining table. This comparatively increased volume of the space and naturally lit area portrays the dining space’s importance as an integral part of the family’s gathering. Marble dining table and leatherette chairs while woman’s face mural wall art highlights the dining area. The modern three pendant lights with wooden ceiling décor act as the epitome of design. The kitchen likewise has a simplistic modular style with sleek minimalistic surfaces.
STAIRCASE
The staircase leading up to the lounge space is built using white Italian marble. Strip LED lighting is used under each stair tread to highlight the texture and add glamour to the ambiance. – words by The Principal Designer. The large window in arched shape brings a natural lit during day time while the sober ceiling décor creates an eye-catchy décor when lit up at night.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has an incredible play of colors; the lilac adds uniqueness while grey gives the modern edge & the slight golden touches catalyze the luxury vibe. The room is high on functionality, it has a walk-in wardrobe for the couple & extra storage spaces have been included throughout the room. The beautiful geometric pattern on the TV unit wall with shelves and console adds allure to the bedroom theme. Modern wall art on the white wall complements all the selected artifacts for this bedroom. While the attached bathroom is well ornated with marble and tiles cladded walls. Whereas LED hints in a mirror and a modern wash basin set up complement the decor.
DAUGHTER’S BEDROOM
The daughter’s bedroom is like a bliss of fresh air with the playful use of pastel colors and artistic elements like the butterfly wall art & custom-made LED Light sign of the daughter’s name “Siddhi”. The pastel pink & blue color combination reinvigorates you with youthful & calming energy, ideal for the growing stage of life. A modern bed’s headboard design accentuates circular side tables while wall art in a circular shape adds elegance to the theme of the bedroom. A sober ceiling design and unique pendant lights create an eye-soothing décor.
GUEST ROOM
The Guest Room is developed with the theme of vintage meets contemporary. The beige color palette complements the wooden furniture and creates an aura of elegance. The half & half-painted walls add a pleasing texture and break the monotony while keeping the room subtle & comforting. A classic design of a bed with a wooden headboard and curtain fabrics creates a relaxing surrounding in this bedroom. While the attached bathroom is well ornated with marble and tiles cladded walls. A modern circular wash basin with a brown top complements the circular mirror and a light fixture.
The lounge area suggests offering a relaxing quality time with family, ideal for recreational activities such as watching favorite movies or playing board games. The brown adds an earthy richness to the space while blue accents the comfort. The room is fitted with high-quality speakers to enhance the experience and change the space according to the whims of the client.
The interior of Savitri residential is very minimalistic. The Designer tried to design each of the areas to ensure that it matches the requirements of a particular roomer. The objective is to create an earthy ambiance, with good balance. The design brings a flavor of eccentricity but in a subtle way. The use of colors and artwork helps the overall narrative and is further supported by the super-imposed neutral color palette. With a neutral color palette adding textures, antique mirror paneling, and patterns to channel a warm elegance. A glamorous space yet designed for comfort and relaxation.
