This house is spread over 8500 Sq. Ft. of built up area speaks volumes of luxurious and bespoke design. The entry foyer opens up into a huge spacious double height living room. The symmetrically tailored stairways parting at a single focus piece makes it timeless in feel. The modern contemporary furniture elevates the language of the design making the space crisper.
The interior design of this home is a beautiful blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. The color scheme is predominantly white and beige, with pops of color in the form of artwork and decorative pieces. The furniture is sleek and contemporary, with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic.
Upon entering the home, one is immediately struck by the spaciousness and abundance of natural light. The living room is a welcoming space, with a large, comfortable sofa in a neutral color. The sofa is finished with golden metal frames. The complementing color combination add visual interest to the space, while a large area stairwell anchors the room and adds warmth. The walls are adorned with modern art pieces, and a large window provides plenty of natural light.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which features a large table with seating for six. The chairs are upholstered in a grey-colored fluted fabric that complements the white top table. A modern chandelier hangs above the table inside a deep cove adding depth to the articulate ceiling design, providing ambient lighting for intimate dinners or lively gatherings. The white screen behind accentuates the whole space adding another dimension yet separating the space from the rest.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with grey cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The countertops are made of black stone. The backsplash is made of grey tiles, with indirect lighting adding to the clean and modern aesthetic of the space.
The entire design process revolved around highlighting the carefully crafted kitchens and making its interior that stand out in the space. This ultra- modern, clean-lined, and minimalistic decor of kitchen provides a unique experience. The right usage of different elements and lighting fixtures create a spatial aesthetics ambience in this kitchen area.
The bedrooms are cozy and inviting retreats, with plush bedding and plenty of pillows. The TV area has a contrasting rough texture, hence standing out. Light falling on the stone textured wall makes the design more interesting.
This bedroom has a monochromatic theme to it. The play of light is layered with the ceiling design. The colour palette for this room was neutral shades of grey contrasted with dark palette furniture. It is a spacious room so the designer enfolded brightness in this space by providing a modern bed with an eye-catching leatherette upholstery. Wooden battens with mirror effect panels were used to signify the rhythmic nature of interior décor. Also, the presence of armchairs and a centre table complement the modern chandelier elegantly.
The subtle grey bed back with a dash of brown on the wooden flooring is pleasing to the eyes. Subtle soothing colours of grey and light colour palette are complementing the bed’s wall décor with lighting fixtures and hence it creates a good combination. Simple textures with a unique creative touch to the flooring and ceiling make the room look classic for the users! Also, the entire furnishings has minimal use of handles and knobs, all the products have inbuilt in them which merge with the design elegantly.
The blue bed back with muted tones of grey on the wall, adding a whimsical focal point that is pleasing to the eyes. The rich blue colour used with black for furnishings complemented with unique artefacts gives the space a splash of freshness and represents the persona of the kids’ room. The team successfully dazzled the walls with great grace creating a perfect ambience in the interior of this bedroom.
The client here needed a bold, elegant luxury ambience in this bedroom. Wisely chosen wooden panelling accompanied by a beige interior and ceiling gives it a subtle and calm effect. Layers of wood are used to give users a serene experience with extravagant aesthetics. A piece of modern bed is well accentuated with eye-soothing furnishing. Along with soothing colours, a grandeur headboard, and lighting fixtures create warmth in the space.
Muted green tones compliment the brown fins over the bed back. The white bed and Scandinavian mouldings on both sides enhance the focus on the bed’s back. The nude flooring adds to the subtlety and minimalist design of the bedroom. The concentric lines in the ceiling with the wooden cove accentuate the perfect symmetry of the bedroom.
