This is a sample apartment for the Iscon Group Builder in Ahmedabad.
It’s a 5 bedroom apartment, Kitchen, Dinning and Two Living Room – 1 Formal and the other is Informal Living Room/ call it as Family Room. Also a Plunge Pool with an indoor Balcony.
The concept of this house and the style of this house is Modern Industrial. All the furniture and décor elements are also rustic and vintage to blend it with the concept of the house.
The house flooring is IPS which stands for Indian patent stone flooring, it is abasic type of flooring which provides good wearing and give the feel of industrial look.
A lot of dark veneer is been used to make the space look cozy and warm. The two living rooms have been separated with glass partition so the apartment looks more spacious.
The Kitchen – to give the modern feel, we have made and island counter for the gas stove, so two or four people can cook simultaneously. Island counter are more useful and functional.
Podwer Room – Free Standing basin with Balinese wooden mirror with functional ladder stand which also acts as a décor element
Master Bedroom – is divided into two space. One as a bedroom other space acts as a chill lounge or even as a movie watching space. The bedroom closet shutters are French vintage style. Wardrobe and bathroom are combined into one space.
Bedroom Two – Wooden Horizontal veneer paneling along with the uneven grooves, featuring the pole going up to the ceiling and connecting to the TV unit. Gray linens spread and black light fixtures give the bedroom a bit of edge.
Bedroom Three – A black bed is a great feature for a modern, Scandinavian, industrial interior. Monochrome sofa chair are placed as an element to the room
Hanging sink : This is a wooden table made of water resistant varnish in a special hanging vintage metal frame.
Bedroom Four – To give a room a dramatic feel, zig-zag venner is used as a highlighter along with the wardrobe shutters which give the feel of French window blinds.
Bedroom Five – Scandinavian Design mingles with industrial style. Although it will work in any room, it works especially well in a bedroom.
