A small residence in 157 sq. m area with the west orientation designed by Studio Design Inspiration Jaipur. Standing in the city centre as an elongated 3bhk residential development emitting the inventions of the materials, lighting and color play.
The inviting entrance gate of the house enhances the clarity of light and depth of wood tone which leads to the upper ground floor in living and other to the lower ground floor with a drawing and guest bedroom.
Living area has a mezzanine space design for kids with a creative steps and visual connectivity for safety purpose, below the mezzanine floor kitchen is designed using white and blue tones.
The metal staircase with the open to sky concept leads to the upper ground floor which has a double height elegant living space with an unobstructed view to the garden space, blending the exterior to the interior.
The master bedroom has an double height ceiling with a chandelier enhancing the grandeur of the space.
The elevation of the building has a concept of floating bands following the principle of minimalism with the dead facade on the South side in order to reduce the heat gain.
