Client’s expectations –
We only met the owner of the house Amit Mundra along with his wife who is a House wife. Designing a house for family of 4 which included kids and they wanted the house to be designed according to Vastu Shashtra and fill it with light and look spacious with a quality of timelessness and lavishness.
Concept note on the Project –
as the name suggests- Initially the house was typically designed which was provided by 24 years back by developers. As the plot was east facing, client wanted each area to be bigger & spacious. So we proposed the plan with options. Finally the plan was passed with the client which was design accordingly to Vastu. We fulfilled by providing pooja area in north east, Kitchen in south east and master bedroom in south west. The design of the house is an extrovert one, which makes each room/space connected to the outdoor with a view in all 3 directions.
This house has Lavish interior in drawing room which allows ample daylight into the house all day.
The layout is unobtrusive and minimal throughout the house. Again the furniture design is high on comfort with the idea of lavish furniture. Metal partition in pooja rooms create focal points from main door entry in Drawing room & sofa back with metal art defines our creativity.
Dining area has a very elegant look with designer chair with rising top. Kitchen with rose gold handles defines royal look.
Guest room design with green pastel colour for energy in room as it was back side.
Master bedroom gives very earthy look with rust colour leather bed back with teak veneers.
Children’s bedroom design with honeycomb pattern design with green & blue colour theme with study area with artificial green grass area for children play area.
Architecture and interior is done by the firm C.V. Associates, thus is synchronized well with clients need & our design with unique creativity which reflects the lavish feel in home.
