Our latest project, The City View Home is our endeavor to bring out the pragmatisms in design after knowing the client. Standing tall in South Mumbai, The Magnum Towers offer a marvelous view of the maximum city.
With the large decks, one could spend hours gorging in the views of the city sans the noise. The brief was to create simple yet stylish interiors which make one feel home after a long day of work balanced with a hint of luxury.
The designs were well thought out with a perfect balance of sophistication, effectiveness and functionality. To integrate the spaces, a monochromatic color palette was chosen with metallic accents in the right places with the right amount to highlight the diversity of the space.
Each bedroom was designed as per the personality of the person residing in it which brought about a sense of belonging. The highlighting feature of the house was the deck, which was turned into a compact garden creating a little pocket of nature thus enhancing the serenity of the space.
Opulent details, plush colors and diligent use of materials all add to the sumptuous look and feel of the space. This grandeur was balanced with simplicity and minimalism through organic details, fresh greens, invigorating comfort and solace.
