The home belongs to family of five which spread across 1370-square-feet.
Dr. Kalpesh Panchal being a most earning member of the family wanted home to be made in budget of 25,00,000 – 27,00,000.
Parul Panchal being a house wife had only one point which was to decorate her house well. Their son Dwit Panchal was tired of having enough cartoon based bedrooms, as he was growing old he wanted something different.
Senior parents did not have much requirement as such except an open layout.
Design Process :
One is welcomed by a refreshing vestibule with unique and welcoming entry garden with beautiful décor create an everlasting impact.
Entering through a vestibule one is impressed with, the overall aesthetic of the home that is, one of openness, where space spaces are multi-functional without crowding the overall layout of drawing, living, dining & kitchen. The continuing ceiling pattern in the open layout reflects the rhythmic flow of the apartment, making it look spacious.
Throughout the apartment, neutral tones and pops of color create a visual symphony that keeps the eye engaged yet relaxed. The main aim was to showcase client’s unique personality, design preferences and lifestyle. Family desired a home that was the embodiment of their sense of aesthetic, while also being a space that was inviting.
Each of the bedrooms were custom designed for the person using it, and matched the aesthetic to their personality. The highlight of this apartment was the entry garden that we created in entry vestibule which further leads to an open layout consists of drawing room, living room dining and open kitchen. the apartment features lively colors such as blue paired with printed accent chairs in drawing room, pink for the living area which is continued for dining chairs and bold green touches that come together to create tranquil & welcoming abode.
Details such as custom metal screen between living and drawing area, wall niches right beside dining, Tiled T.V backwall combined with MDF panel painted in desired color in polyurethane ,3d carved mandir backdrop in mandala design with mirror back to add that extra element and much more created a home that’s upbeat & comfortable at same point.
Guest bedroom, total furniture combination for this room was done in solid wood which reflects mid century style We had further used laminate that looked like rattan for easy maintenance for elevating look of wardrobe and console and night table.
Kids bedroom, keeping monochromatic color palette with pops of color in mind we further used oak wood laminate for wardrobe with combination of black mirror framed shutters and also for bed body. The interesting part was upholstery we choose for roman blinds and also bed back created beautiful combination. We touched our rest furniture with black boarder detailing for elevating whites.
Master bedroom, here we used teal and yellow color combo for upholstery with muted bed back and walls. brown mirror finished wardrobe sliders which made room look more bigger and beautiful. veneer finished side tables with custom legs and floating T.V unit , art deco inspired mirror and hanging lights creates the drama yet matched the rest.
