Oh, the sheer joy of finding homes like the one Mr. Bharat Patwa built in Rajhas Elita is music to eyes! A home that draws you in with it’s warmth and distinct personality. A home that is beautifully put together with carefully handpicked architectural elements and decor odds and ends. A home that feels so inviting and comforting, Mr. Bharat Patwa and his sons Harsh & Viraj Patwa happened to be very specific regarding the colour palettes, wooden structural aesthetics and using tints of vibrant colour.
Living Room:
Neutrals are extremely gorgeous and versatile decor palettes. A living room with a Gorgeous neutral colour Palette. The living room is tastefully decorated in an all-neutral palette, with wooden panels and a swing which complements the entire room beautifully.
Dining Room:
The family may be small or large and either way, a spacious dining table in the heart of the room and the sense of space is essential in a modern dining room and the table is the place to start. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a neutral colour palette (white being the dominant colour) a modern Chandelier. Graced with a masterpiece artifact of gold coated metal lotus leaves & flower on a lotus leaf ruff wood giving density to the dining room.
Kitchen:
Your requirements for a cooking space are unique. You will need a tailor-made design that fits your usage requirements, available space and budget. The kitchen is designed in a U shape keeping storage space and cleaning area in mind. With the alluring Spanish tiles which are used in the kitchen to give it a charming vibrant look.
Master Bedroom (Parent’s Bedroom):
the master bedroom! Think about how much time you spend sleeping and living in your bedroom- it’s A LOT of hours. You most likely spend the majority of your time at home in this room. The master bedroom is designed in a way which gives a modern touch to the room, breaking the monotonous white shade with a vibrant teal blue shade relaxing chair is mesmerizing. The alluring wall pattern is curated with MDF in CNC pattern and the veneer is splendidly beautiful.
Viraj Patwa’s Bed Room
While designing Mr. Viraj Patwa’s room, the couple wanted to give their room a very modern yet not breaking the neutral shade with tints of teal blue colour. The room is graced with a cozy swing making it aesthetically beautiful! The wall is curated with Black kaddpa in CNC pattern and Grey Wooden finish tiles giving a unique touch to the entire room.
Harsh Patwa’s Bedroom
Mr. Harsh Patwa’s room gives a very royal vibes, The royal artifacts, Textured wall, A cushion style bed back and also the curtain sliding near the bed is making the room beautifully alluring. The new technique of wired glass and PU material has been used while curating wardrobe. The splendid wall motif and alluring photo wall which is giving the room a very intimate touch.
4th Room (Studio Room) :
With the hobby of designing and artifacts, the 4th room has been curated as the Studio Room to follow their passion & enjoy the little designing studio. The room is nice cozy siting with fabric textured wall giving their designer studio a whole new diversity!
Mr. Bharat Patwa’s house was designed at approximately 42 lac with beautiful white marble flooring and the enormous motifs in all different areas of the house giving it a modern and luxurious touch. The wooden cupboards with modern aesthetics.
