This space of 5500 Sq. Ft in Bhubaneswar, is a connection between the design and the spaces that evolves aesthetically from every nook and corner. A perfect reflection of a poised demeanor that envelopes the palatial abode in a neo-classical luxury where every element plays its part without dominating the other. The intricate division of spaces creates design pleats and subtle the monotony at the corners. Be it the foyer or vestibule, the designer takes the responsibility to take care of every space.
The entry door is a solid wooden door with an interesting design that compliments the abode. An entrance door design represents a creative execution of an intrinsically crafted design solution with beautifully white color which is mesmerizingly eye-catching to every visitor.
The formal living room welcomes you with a “blue-grey theme”, like we contrast our imaginations with the real design. Where Blue color is a calming, pleasing tone that has a tendency to blend into its surroundings by choosing a blue sofa and using grey and white wallpaper with blue touch as the accent it creates sober looks and corner round table with a chandelier complementing the sofa and the room’s looks. Use of velvet chesterfield sofa with classical wall paneling and Italian flooring is what sets it apart. Window’s curtain enhancing the wall look while modern classic touch of white table with lamp giving warm look to the living room.
Family eats together, stays togethers – dining area is a place were family eats together so here with unique touch of chandelier and crockery cabinet with antique design work on it completes the dining area of a house.
Lighting is a crucial feature here as it either mends or shatters a space. The perfect luxury dining space doesn’t exist unless all the tiniest element come together to adorn each other. The royal dining furniture adorned by the decorative crystal lighting above suggesting a pair of beautiful designer wallpapers takes you to the right savoring moods. We are never afraid to accessorize, which is why we added this luxurious piece of bar cabinet to the opulent dining area.
The Informal living space is decorated with hanging lantern lamps and the pink velvet sofa with the metal center table adorns it perfectly. Adding a red velvet curtain seems to be an integral part as it looks dynamic and royal. The Egyptian papyrus painting on the wall finally completes the space.
It is very necessary to do communication with the people around us in which sitting arrangement of our house is very important. Here we specially take care of sitting with simple elements it gives superb look and done great communication with visitors or house members. The steps leads you to the first floor where we find a mirrored corridor that expands the space, gleaming marble floors, a ceiling studded with classical yet contemporary chandelier and upholstered accents strewn across this Villa, infused with timeless elegance.
Mirrors Produce the Illusion of Space. Due to mirror effect in corridor, it looks spacious and luxurious look. While a mirror can easily double the appeal of a room through its reflection, it can also increase the brightness of a room.
The Master Bedroom similarly has a classical style and the bed with tufted headboard and the upholstered classic chaise lounge sofa gives it a more classical touch. The whole space revolves around classism, neutral tones with a heightened sense of luxury.
There is a lot of grey in this room as you can see. The headboard of bed is made with a beautiful upholstery that resembles velvet and complete it two round side drawers. Walls are a light gray with the bright white lamps reflecting brightly off of them. The bold grey tones add a dramatic look to your bedroom. Sofa and couch give classical look to the bedroom in which tv unit near window enhancing the space of a room. To complete the room is that light hardwood floor that allows light to reflect off of it, creating more light throughout the room.
The Son’s Bedroom at the first floor has a similar classical style design with Quilt pattern on the headboard. Both the headboard and the wardrobe are followed by same pattern. A separate console is identified with similar pattern on them just like the bedside table. The vintage wall lights and the neo-classical style detail door gives it a royal stare.
This bedroom with grey touch wall with sky blue curtains give perfect look to the calmness of the bedroom. Bed with sober work of headrest and same pattern of side drawers with hanging lamp creates eye catchy look as wardrobe near bed follows same kind of pattern but with unique color which gives great look with light wooden floor.
While opening bathroom’s door first look gives an ancient look with jail work done on cabinets and antique mirror with a warm spotlight and marble on floor and wall gives spacious and fantastic look.
Yes, on holidays or on a rest mode people need relaxation by watching movies and special tv room or mini theater with comfortable leather sitting arrangement, warm light and blackout- style window treatments that track tight against window jambs to seal out light.
The Neoclassical grandness of the house and the qualities served as a challenging yet interesting brief to the elements. It is realized as a space for the homeowner that exudes luxury with classical elements in it.
