The Principal Designer says that “The magic thing about home is that it feels good to live, and it feels even better to come back”. Modern home designs are eccentric in their structure, which can embody timeless beauty and serve durability. In recent times, the attention to Modern Architecture has been great because of the desire of humans to reside in a place that is contemporary and has neat straight lines. Because of the soothing exterior, the house appears to be in complete harmony with the surroundings, making the building off-site. As one zooms into the scale of the interior and exterior work, it inevitably gets even more personal, as tactile takes over, overwhelming the visitors / residents with a positive sensorial experience. It is a compilation of fragments, colour and texture, noise and silence, random and specific details, artifacts.

Wide windows have been installed to add light and views, which also regulate ventilation. Moreover, the greenery brings in the element of nature right inside the house, rather on the roof, which adds to the beauty and comfort of the terrace. The boundary wall bordering the house is designed using similar elements as those of the residence, making it a part of the same. Straight lines, boxes and stone work, being the most established form of house design. It has been used extensively, for embarking projections or making elegant. Facades exert an influence on achieving superior aesthetics, and this is where facade lighting comes into play. Illuminating facades with lights can transforming house into a real eye-catcher as it highlights the architecture and puts emphasis on key building features.

The Kitchen is compact in size. To make it look spacious, the dark colour palette is used with white glossy finishes for the furniture that keeps the kitchen bright and natural. Due to colour combination, it creates a classy look and especially well for kitchen. It’s more elegant by the white textured tiles backsplash, which gives it a sober look. The minimalist white dining top for the dining, paired up with dark blue tufted chairs compliments the wooden ceiling design and unique chandelier. The concept of Pooja room portrays the sentimental values of their faith. White walls of the Pooja room emit vibrations of peace and tranquillity. Engraving of the beautiful Mantra with back warm light and jali frame work, makes the enclosure a perfect space for prayer.
The theme for the master bedroom was to choose a tone that complements the occupant’s choice of keeping it simple and light. The key features of the bedroom are the use of wall panelling on the bed’s back wall with a combination of white, warm wood and a mirror for highlights. The minute details in the ceiling and furniture, this concept reflects luxuriousness. The wardrobes are kept simple, with a sober finish and an inbuilt handle gives an elegant look. The window bay seating is yet another great idea when the view from home is breath-taking, while the blind curtain and focused light just compliment the decor. And it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa over a book or the newspaper!
A clever way to introduce jewel toned interior of a bedroom without overwhelming a compact space is to bring it in splashes and touches. Furthermore, in this bedroom, the bed’s back wall is flanked by light pink colour with wall art and focus light. While a pendant light in the corner of the room highlights the space for the guitar. Grove work on bed headboards enhances the bed furnishing with décor and also contrast with wall colour palette.
Son’s master bedroom with an elegant theme is the epitome of chic and stylish. The black accented wall with an inbuilt shelf really distinguishes the bedroom from the rest of the house. Beige headboards, accent walls, and bed furnishings just compliment the décor. Bay seating is a great way to add extra seating without occupying any extra floor space and it also compliments the brown console table. There is a separate wardrobe space with a simple and elegant décor. The glass Shutter wardrobe looks elegant & luxurious with inbuilt light which adds aesthetically pleasing to the interior.
A spacious black shower follows the theme of a master bedroom which is the quiet star of this well decor bathroom. White sanitary fittings, white furnishings and floor-to-ceiling decor ensure flow and a feeling of openness. When paired together, colourful mosaic tiles can be edgy and black can be dainty. In this bathroom, a white top sink pops against the black theme. While the center black tiles row is highlighted with a white design engraved on them and add a contemporary vibe.
Be it for a morning stroll, a sunset soiree or a social night, this balcony garden design is perfect for a terrace, that will quickly and undoubtedly become the most used space in the house. While the floor tiles overalls keep it raw and chill, stone wall, candle holders and sitting arrangement add a homely vibe to it. The canopy adds a geometric structure to this modern garden while also help support plants. The best thing about this garden is how geometrically placed are all the different plants, along with a spread of grass in the open. An important insight to bring out the best of modern design and elegant.
