Sky Rise Apartment | K Designs Studio | Surat
Durable, Luxurious, and Versatile interior solution for all types of Budgets: City living at its understated best under Rs. 17,50,000!

What we can see here is a three-bedroom home that occupies 1586 Built Up Area of space located in Surat, the apartment was designed by K Designs Studio to meet the specific needs of its owner Mr. Sanjay Patel (associated with the textile business), who wanted to keep it as simple and minimalist as possible with a touch of fabric work and embroidery culture to blend it with the city vibes.

Entrance
Reaching the doorsteps, you see this welcoming entrance made using a natural-toned finished laminate to communicate the wood design statements along with a geometrical use of olive-green laminates and MS plates for detailing of the door cut-outs, handles, and as well as on the side frame for an upmarket finish by truly maintaining the congruency of shapes and lines throughout the design.

Living Area
Stepping into the apartment you can see the consistency of design maintained throughout, the furniture dimensions and placements are done in a way that allows easy movement and comfortable conversations in the living area.

It has a basic theme of olive-green color. Everything in the area gives an eye-catching view starting with the ceiling lights that give a premium touch to the vault as well as the velvet finish fabric used on the sofa set, in front of which is the floating television set made using an MS plate frame that gives a plain sailing look to the overall interior.

Swing
The swing is custom designed and forks out a retro feel to the interior, the design is intriguing and a perfect example of attention to detail with a side box to keep your belongings like mobile phones, etc. The embroidery work done on the backrest gives a city vibe, also the swing is designed in a way that it can be used both ways so that one may have the comfort of facing the balcony as well as inside of the living room.

Talking about the material used, the outer body is made using the Valsadi teak wood (with natural polish) which is robust and has high strength compared to others, whereas the bottom support is made of MS plate with a zinc coating and connected with a hook made out of stainless steel.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen and dining area is filled with natural light coming in from the living space as well as from clear glass shutters used in the wash area giving the 15 mm grey stone tiles on the platform and the olive-green neatly designed drawers a look they deserve. The dining table is a folding one which makes it space-savvy and has can accommodate 2 people easily (As per the owner’s requirement).

Master Bedroom
Entering the master bedroom gives a feeling of awe seeing the parallelism of shapes maintained throughout the room starting right from the representation of shapes in the wall paintings, to the use of them on the wardrobe doors, as well as the handles. The design statement is maintained with the use of wood and olive green-laminates with matching wooden flooring and olive-green curtains (with a white printed design).

Children’s Room
Coming to the children’s room, it has separated beds to use the room space wisely and accommodate a play area in between and the cushioned borders of the beds make the space safe to play around. The olive-green curtains with the ceiling have indirect light falling on them for a well-lit look and the study table is strategically placed to isolate it from the play area.
