Pro Elite Salon | Ennyesk Design Studio | Mysuru
Designed to captivate the attention of the visitors, Interior is a physical interpretation of the brand which our client wanted to achieve. The Pro elite salon is located in Mysuru City in Karnataka with a royal heritage-style interior. Pro elite was designed in response to a brief from the owner for a salon unlike all others. While searching for the right concept for them, Ennyesk Design Studio was inspired by the royal heritage style décor. The salon feels light and airy at an instant glance, with subtle hues and a raw yet chic material palette, the space throws off an instantly comforting vibe. The Pro elite hereby introduces a concept entitled as “The Minimalist” where austerity is combined with vibrant and luxurious features in this unisex salon.
Ennyesk Design Studio‘s ambitions were to create a unique experience in an innovative environment that put the spotlight on the hairdressers and their stations, without compromising on the space’s functionality. It was a bare shell space that was given to us, which meant we had to design and construct every aspect of it such as, flooring, walls and ceiling. As a result, we created a subtle but bright interior space with accents of grey and wooden. – Says The Principal Designer
RECEPTION AREA
As soon as visitors enter, they will see the reception and be greeted by hues of grey and white, hinting at a calm, cheerful experience that awaits inside. At the entry, wooden flooring with an enthralling mix of wall panels in shades of grey, white and warm light, giving a sense of subtleness welcomes visitors openly. The name Pro Elite, of the salon is highlighted on the wall of reception area in a beautiful way. While a white reception table in a unique design adds charm to the entire space. A see-through partition from the reception visually connects to a pleasing view of the salon.
MEN’S HAIR STATION AREA
While entering the luxury men’s hair station zone, visitors can see an eye-catching ceiling décor. It is highlighted in two parts; one part is décor with modern circular rose gold metal light fixtures and the other is décor with rusting grey with spotted light fixtures. An elegant tablet mirror wall décor with grey panels, while modern beige upholstered chairs add charm to the décor, while planters provide a sense of earthiness. Further designers creatively design main door of private zone for facial and other facilities with the same theme of royal heritage. On other side there is a product display unit so visitors can explore product easily to purchase.
MEN’S MANI- PEDI AREA
The pedicure/manicure room design luxury way by using classic elements. While walk in this room visitors have step up one step which is highlighted with same theme metal belt and accentuates with interior decor. It has large windows which are decorated with heritage decorative grey panels and it provides natural light. Beige chairs along with a pedicure tub and one chair is setup for hair wash are well organised. To maintain privacy, a rose gold jali metal partition is used with green curtains to separate from hair station area. All the elements of the mani-pedi area add a sense of peace and serenity. An elegant rustic grey ceiling design as royal look and accentuate with all the setup.
WOMEN’S HAIR STATION AREA
With the same design but different colour tones, the women’s hair station area is to be décor. The predominant use of blush pink hues is offset by off white. Vertical panels on the wall’s standstill complement the blush pink walls of the salon. The whole interior of this area creates an illusion of vastness in visualization. The setup of the spa is designed in a cozy off-white area with grey furniture and clean lines complementing the frame perfectly with product display unit. While the ceiling design follows the same design done in the main hair station area with a planter.
WOMEN’S MANI- PEDI AREA
The women’s pedicure/manicure room has covered the windows to maintain the privacy with same theme of grey panel with heritage style which compliments the entire space. It also has the same beige chairs along with a pedicure tub and one chair is setup for hair wash. To maintain privacy, a blush pink metal partition is used with green curtains. All the elements of the mani-pedi area add legacy and unifies the colours and textures of space. The height of the ceiling balances up the scale and volume of space, justifying the arched theme.
A very conscious effort made in the choice of the colour palette throughout the space helps accentuate and elevate the mood of the clients. Throughout the project, Ennyesk Design Studio truly enjoyed themselves and had blend free flowing elements without any hindrance, especially as their vision was aligned with their client, which gave them an opportunity to paint the canvas just the way the client had envisioned. The fact that almost all the elements in the space are simple and elegant and it creates a luxury ambience.
