Ft. built-up into a modern and contemporary design that blends seamlessly throughout the surroundings with lush green.
The Principal Designer Karthik N. S. of Ennyesk Architects shares that the core characteristic of Shree Villa was customized according to the client’s brief, including architects with our unique modern touch, staircase remodeling, and furniture design. The material finishes and the fixtures are handpicked for the client. Ennyesk Architects andteam make sure that a similar design language throughout the house, yet a unique take in all the spaces defines itself as an essence of beauty. “While the core design idea revolved around words such as vibrant, classy, high-end, and modern,” from our end as designers. There was a conscious attempt to lace these traits with warmth and ease. Once that was established, other things fell smoothly into place.
This modern villa exterior design impresses with inclined lines, elegant architecture, and conceptual lighting. The villa design has a unique signature appearance that pleases the eye with its aesthetics. The luxurious residence uses a variety of materials that give it a unique appeal. The Facade has a unique decor in the form of a shape that gives a distinctive identity and also provides an additional layer of privacy to the house.
Wide windows have been installed to add light with a view and regulate ventilation. A minimalist design can have a stunning impression and this is justified by this beautiful main gate design. The vertical metal grill offers complete coverage and makes a solid design. This entrance gate design suits well for homes on busy streets for full protection. Along with that, the striking design catches the attention of the visitors.
ENTRANCE
As one enters the house, the built form reveals its framed facade closely. This concept of frames is introduced with the intent to maintain the privacy of the user. The planning allows for integrating a parking area that leads to the next level through a beautiful marble staircase with light fixtures. While walls are cladded with glossy tiles and light fixtures add a dramatic look to the entrance.
On either side wooden texture floor with planters arranged to sit and relax with family and friends. The massive patterned wooden door at the entrance sets an impression of establishing an equilibrium between modernism and traditionalism, giving a unique take on the entrance door design with a luxurious vibe.
LIVING AREA
A water body near the entrance brings about freshness and an element of surprise of light fixture with dark marble flooring, creating a welcome in this residence. The living room has a double-height volume and it gets highlighted with a simple white palette on the walls and while windows bring natural light which creates a good ambiance. Modern huge hanging lights spread out and fill the volume while the elegant ceiling design is décor with a groves pattern which gives lively look.
The sober white wall background for the L-shape modern sofa seating with an antique center table accentuates the double-height wall. The TV unit wall creates a dynamic pattern of décor, curve design panel with marble cladded compliments the white console floating unit. The designer creatively selects the blind curtains which add charm to the luxurious décor. All the columns of the house are ornated by a wooden panel with light fixtures in a creative way.
MANDIR AREA
Bright walls of the mandir area emit an ambiance of harmony and calmness. Engraving of the beautiful inlay pattern of the mandala with the sacred symbol of Om makes the enclosure a perfect space for prayer. The floor design of the mandir area catches the visitor’s attention. The Mandir is designed with wooden block frames inscribed with small temple bells to create classical alluring visuals. While wooden ceiling design gives softness and a serene ambiance.
DINING AREA
The dining area has an elegant shell and a spacious vibe which is placed near the staircase. The white table top with an antique copper base creates an eye catchy furniture. While dual tone upholstery of the dining chair with copper base compliment the dining table. A simple white ceiling design and grey curtains add charm to the dining area.
KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen lies adjacent to the dining area, appearing as a seamless extension. Its aesthetic is minimal, with reflective finishes, defined by glossy white cabinets and a white marble platform with the marble cladded wall for the kitchen which gives the space a classy ornament. A stylish breakfast table creates an eye-soothing décor with the light fixture used in it. The color gives it a fresh ambient atmosphere during the day and night.
STAIRCASE
The illuminated marble platform includes built-in lighting to illuminate this immaculate staircase. This unique style of the spiral staircase is a modern adventurous design that glam up the interior space. Elegantly wrapped in a white supporting structure with lighting fixtures, this modern spiral staircase design instantly increases the style quotient of home interiors. And it leads to the upper level of the house elegantly.
BEDROOM – 1
The bedroom is the epitome of simplicity and elegance with modern textures. The bed back paneling has been designed with dual-tone ornated geometric patterns accentuated with a tufted headboard. The furniture is detailed adding a lavish vibe with a modern elegant ceiling design and unique pendant light. Beautiful curtains with all the interior elements add a lovely charm to the suite. The white sliding wardrobe with cabinets adds accentuates with walls’ color palette elegantly.
MASTER SUITE – 1
The master suite is an essence of luxury and has a royal interior theme. Flanked with wooden texture flooring, the Bedroom has been designed with the colors of nature. The bed back is tinted with a marble cladded wall and white grid panels behind the bedside table follow the same ideology of adding levels to create depth with light fixtures. The bedroom uses an earthy tone as a leading element for the floor, walls, and ceiling design.
Modern bed design with a stylish headboard and a modern chandelier adds charm to the bedroom. Wide windows fill the bedroom with natural light whereas a modern black chair is placed for reading and enjoying the natural light. All the furniture of the bedroom is done with a white palette which complements the earthy tone of the bedroom.
MASTER SUITE – 2
This bedroom reflects minimalism with a hint of luxurious and royal vibes. The color play white with a hint of grey and wooden work adds serenity to the space. The ray of light entering the room makes the design of the space more peaceful with a beautiful leatherette chair. Vertical tidy lines paneling with marble and wooden décor are used in amazing proportion in the focus of light tones walls. A hanging light and a wooden ceiling were added to give a more elegant feel to aesthetics.
A TV unit décor with grey a panel with a hint of lights while a white working table accentuates the bedroom décor. The walk-in closet is ornated with a white palette emphasized by the elegant ceiling design.
All the bathrooms of the bedroom are also modern and innovative with all the amenities incorporated artistically for a comfortable and pleasant decor and experience for the user with keeping the theme of modern as the room décor. All the walls of the bathroom are marble cladded accentuating the white elements like cabinets and wash basin. While light fixture adds a good ambiance to the décor of the bathroom.
All in all, the Shree Villa home is the essence of graceful interiors, with individual spaces having a distinct identity and yet seamlessly blending. The biggest challenge is knowing when to stop designing or adding to the space. The material palette was chosen to complement and lend to the elegant clean lines of the structure. The interior of this house complements the architectural spaces too.
