Raj Niwas – Making An Elegant Statement | Apeiro Design Studio | Noida
Apeiro Design Studio nestled Raj Niwas a 4 BHK lavish Apartment in Noida designed with varied and unique color palettes in each space making individually of that decor quite distinctive and diverse. This Sprawling across an area of 2,500 sq. ft. this apartment exudes a subtle, breathable luxury along with a contemporary vibe. The luxurious apartment is tastefully designed with minimal interiors which gives an elegant vibe.
The Principal Designer stated that the clients were deeply fond of yellows and browns, and we wanted to incorporate the shades in a bold, impactful manner. An open floor plan allows for a truly incredible living and dining space that helps one envision simulating social gatherings. While the base palette is of neutrals, fresh vividness is integrated using bold decor additions in the form of rugs, artworks, decor elements, and furniture pieces. Light colors on the walls and combining the living room and dining room altogether, made the space look bigger.
The entrance door design represents the story very precisely. With its simple design principles and an amiable use of materials, a project validates the use of a decent and justifiable material palette to outline the beautiful spatial characteristics of the entrance design represents. The entrance of Raj Niwas opens into a deep informal living room steeped in a yellow color and monochrome palette, which runs through much of the home, uniting the spaces.
The Living Room
The living room has been kept extremely modest and bare allowing it to look more spacious. The designer at the studio also believes that every object and space reflects its environment and its people. It consists of a lounger, an L-shape sofa, and a statement marble top center table arranged in such a way as to facilitate conversation among family members. A wooden console unit and artifacts add charm to the living room. The people living in this house are simple and large-hearted and the designer wanted that to reflect in the living room.
The Dining Area
The dining table is a very classic organic silhouette. Upholstered chairs in yellow and grey color make a statement. Furnishings have clean lines or rounded edges. They are sturdy and strong and avoid any frilly adornment. The dining area is adorned with a custom-designed dining table and chairs by the designers in a contemporary style. The teak wooden support with a gold inlay detail holds the rich Italian marble top while the chairs are also done in a walnut teak and gold detail with subtle upholstery in grey tones.
The Kitchen Area
Designer shares that, “the master chefs of our lives deserve a spectacular kitchen space.” With bespoke granite platforms, the finest range of appliances, and a spacious design the kitchen is low maintenance and evokes happiness in the family. A modular classification in cabinets gives the kitchen a modern feel. A grooved tiles wall consisting of shelves with light fixtures forms the niche in interior décor.
The Pooja Area
This continues with a modern minimal mandir block tucked inside the wall with subtle wallpaper all around it. Made in a white solid surface, with dip engraving, it provided a solid white finish and has wooden drawers for storage. Backlighting gives it elegance and purity. This space makes it an eyesore as it emphasized with the rest of the modern house design. But the fusion of traditional temple and modern house leads to such a pooja room that merged with the contemporary look of the house.
The daughter wanted a pink bedroom in a way that does not make it look too young for her age. A mature pink bedroom is what we aimed at. The floral curtains helped in maintaining the traditional continuity while the curved upholstery bed back along with the arched wardrobe façade area brought in modernity. All the furniture pieces have been carefully designed with adding circular edges and custom-made cabinet handle which not only highlights the furniture but also makes it kid-friendly.
The Master bedroom
The master bedroom is an acquiescence of different grey hues – regent grey in the bed back quilting and stone-grey sheets, set together with whites on the wardrobe, to style a space that creates a sense of fun and excitement. A grey tufted headboard and modern wooden bed design complement the interior décor with a plain ceiling design. While window-bay sitting with a yellow cushion and an elegant wooden study table creates a good ambiance in this bedroom.
On the other hand, the son’s bedroom has been given a bold theme unlike the entire house with the bed back being the highlight of the room along with an elongated side table. An elegant design of a modern bed with a blue hue of headboard adds charm to the décor. The modern pendant light and textured wall are complemented by the circular wall art. The modern design of the sliding wardrobe and all other elements creates an eye-soothing look.
The designer’s focus was on creating a free-flowing balcony with a seamless connection to the living room. This helped not only with bringing natural light into the deeper set spaces but also increased the visual expanse of the home. Wooden flooring and planters’ décor accentuate the sitting arrangement.
The design of the apartment has thus been envisioned by Apeiro Design Studio in a way to achieve minimalism in the space, where luxury is delivered in its real sense to the client. The material palette made of wall paint, wooden décor, and wallpaper are soft and classy. Deco paint is instrumental in instilling color in the interior. The use of wall art provides a splash of color to each space.
