The Interior design of this residence pivots on delivering a design that surpasses the client’s vision of providing a transformative experience and an abode that truly echo’s their identity and makes it a space that they can truly call their own.
SIMPLICITY REFINED : THE ART OF SPATIAL HARMONY
This name encapsulates the essence of the design approach adapted for this residence, which emphasizes simplicity, organization, and coordination. “Simplicity Refined” conveys the elegance and beauty found in the minimalistic aesthetic. “The Art of Spatial Harmony” highlights the focus on space organization and the skilful arrangement of elements within the design. Altogether, this project celebrates clean lines, thoughtful organization, and harmonious colour coordination, while showcasing the significance of space and the impact of well-chosen accessories.
STRUCTURE : THE GUIDING LIGHT
The structure of this residence becomes the guideline for articulating the floor plan, design of the storage spaces, cladding details, wardrobes, and floor. Not a single inch in the floor space has been wasted whilst dealing with the conventional structural frame of this apartment.
An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and entertainment areas, creating an ideal space for socializing and entertaining guests.
As one transcends from the entry foyer, a living area in warm and neutral tones greets them. Manifesting the lounging area to be highlighted by a single feature wall, cement textured panels on the backdrop of walnut-veneer wall were created, and the furniture evolved around the same theme. The artworks- custom made by the studio, were carefully designed to add a pop to the muted cement texture. The furniture of the living room- custom designed as well by the studio are a piece of art. Curved geometrical shapes are used to carve the base of the central coffee table in wood with stone top in neutral tone. The softness of the curves and lines in the furniture and wall panels is reflected in the overall form of the artworks.
As rightly called the centre of a home, the kitchen design has been kept simple and minimal following the colour theme of the rest of the spaces. A sleek breakfast table with custom-made bar chairs greets the users as they enter the open kitchen.
RESOURCEFUL USE OF SPACES
The bedrooms of the residence were designed to effortlessly blend functionality and aesthetics by using materials and colours that create a cohesive and unique environment. The columns in the bedrooms become the canvas for cladding and the wall spaces in between, serve as the backdrops for the entire setting. Wardrobes occupy a straight edge, leaving the rest of the floor open for placement of furniture and ample space for movement.
The crunch of space in the children’s bedroom was smartly dealt with to create lounging and playing areas; lifted above from the common floor space to create a singular plane for these activities coupled with wardrobe and study area. The rest of the floor on the lower level was defined for movement.
EMBRACING THE RAWNESS OF MATERIALS
Each bedroom adorns either use of natural rock cut stones or rough and matt textures as backdrop where the materials itself becomes the artistic insert in the space. A balanced and cohesive blend of three tones and three materials in each bedroom creates a harmonious aesthetic. Thoughtful selection of fabrics for the blinds, bed back, bed linen and the armchairs resonate with the overall aesthetic and colour palette of the bedrooms.
By embracing clean lines, functional efficiency and focus on essential elements, this residence embodies tranquillity and balance where one truly experiences the transformative capability of minimalism. Welcome to an era of modern living, where less truly becomes more.

Luxury appears flawless when designs achieve the right balance between all elements in this beautiful “Rustic Reverie” apartment. The vision behind this residence is that it should be a user-friendly and innovative design elegantly nested by Biophilia Design Studio led by Vishal Panjwani– Founder and Principal Architect. The house is an amalgamation of modern and classic elements that sets it apart and offers a stylish and lavish aesthetic. The eye-soothing marble flooring used accentuates the decor and provides a unique touch of elegance while highlighting all the artefacts. All decorative elements combined with contemporary finishes and furniture, this dialogue between space, textures, and shapes. The result is a design that originates character and a sense of individuality while serving the functional needs of the user. The design approach of the designers was to do a play of wall texture, colours, and illusions. While the feature wall is done in a subtle wall paint texture, it grants a compositional backdrop. The stone-cladded walls and wall panels have been designed in a way that depicts movement and dynamism.
