‘Atulya’ residence is designed and executed by Principal Designer ID Harsh Gajjar, founder of the Dot Concept Design Studio with the concept of “Where Contemporary Design Meets Timeless Elegance.” This 1300 sq. ft., apartment is located in Vadodara, Gujarat where the interiors are a take on modernism, clean and crisp lines yet opulent. The warm earthy palette of materials, textures, and colors is alluring and comforting to the eyes.
The spaces are meticulously detailed to form a pleasant decor of details that echo throughout the apartment implying a connection between spaces. The modern wooden decor elements bring a sense of warmth while the bespoke furniture in the space pronounces elegant luxury along with a sense of timelessness. The selected wall textures and colour palettes enhance the interior décor theme elegantly. While the selected artefacts and unique lighting fixtures add allure to the décor charmingly.
Entrance
Atulya’s entrance offers a contemporary welcome, featuring a sleek wooden frame with a delicate metal screen & name plate with lights inside, complemented by grey flushed walls. The design sets a sophisticated tone, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with functional elegance.
Living Room
Step into the living room and be greeted by earthy tones and cozy textures. The plush couch complements the wooden ceiling and paneling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural light floods the space through the adjacent balcony, enhancing the room’s charm. A stylish wall clock adds a touch of personality, completing the ambiance.
Dining Area
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area continues the theme of understated elegance. The sleek wooden dining table is paired with chairs that blend seamlessly with the earthy palette. A decorative pendant light illuminates the table, creating a welcoming dining experience. The back wall is adorned with a handmade painting of nature, adding a subtle artistic touch.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom exudes warmth and sophistication with its wooden details and minimalist furniture. The bed’s geometric marquetry design adds visual interest, while the sleek wardrobe and modern wall lights provide a contemporary edge. The space feels spacious and timeless, inviting relaxation and comfort.
Parents Bedroom
The parents bedroom embraces artistic flair with its textured walls and unique design elements. The bed’s back wall is divided into two parts, with the upper portion featuring a textured, earthy tone, complemented by a fluted horizontal path in the same texture. The lower part boasts saturated tones, adding depth and visual interest. A minimalistic wardrobe clad in mirrors enhances the sense of spaciousness, while wooden carved frames and elegant wall lights elevate the room’s ambiance.
Guest Bedroom
As you enter the guest bedroom, a sense of warmth and welcome envelops you, inviting you to unwind and rejuvenate. The focal point of the room is the bed, its back adorned with a fluid textured laminate reminiscent of marble, harmoniously toned to complement the color palette of the space. This unique feature adds a touch of luxury and sophistication, setting the tone for the entire room. Soft, neutral tones dominate the decor, enhancing the sense of tranquility and comfort.
Study Room
The focal point of the room is the window area, transformed into a delightful seating nook that offers panoramic views of the surroundings. This recreational area provides the perfect spot for quiet contemplation or leisurely reading. Adjacent to the window seating area, niches are cleverly incorporated into the design to showcase a curated collection of books and artwork. These niches not only add visual interest to the room but also serve as functional storage solutions, keeping essentials within easy reach. The study table is a study in minimalism, featuring sleek lines and a clean, uncluttered design. Ample natural light floods the room, further enhancing productivity and wellbeing.
Atulya embodies a blend of contemporary design and timeless elegance. Each space is thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious environment that is both inviting and sophisticated. From the entrance to the bedrooms, Atulya offers a welcoming retreat that celebrates simplicity and style.
