We designed the sample flat to showcase modern elegance with sleek furniture, neutral tones, and functional layouts. High-quality materials and thoughtful details create a welcoming and stylish living space.
The foyer features a laminated curved entry design with a main door crafted from high-quality laminate and glass. This luxurious entry area is accentuated by sleek finishes and modern materials, blending style and functionality. The use of laminate and glass creates a sophisticated and welcoming ambiance.
The living room features a TV unit with matte finish laminate and fluted panels, exuding elegance, and includes an open display in laminate. The sofa back wall is highlighted with grooves and fluted panels in light grey. A 3+2 seating arrangement with grey fabric enhances the aesthetic. Light-colored walls complete the beautiful, harmonious look. A marble-topped center table complements the overall theme, adding a touch of luxury.
The kitchen loft features a matte laminate finish, while overhead cabinets in black smoke glass add an elegant and cool touch. The breakfast counter, designed to complement the kitchen and dining area, boasts a laminated finish. Above the counter, a metal display with glass shelves enhances the space, creating a magnificent and cohesive look. Two golden chairs with olive green fabric seating complete the stylish and sophisticated design.
The kids’ room features a bed with a green rexine border and headboard, paired with a side unit in wood texture and white laminate. Custom roller blinds match the room’s theme, adding a personalized touch. The study area and display are finished in paint and laminate, with a curved design throughout. This cohesive, playful theme creates an excellent, inviting atmosphere for a child’s room.
The guest bedroom exudes sophistication with a bed finished in grey textured fabric, complemented by matching back paneling. Side mirrors enhance the space, adding a touch of elegance. The wardrobe features a sleek grey matte laminate, while the curved dressing mirror adds a unique flair. A black-painted display completes the look, creating a refined and inviting atmosphere for guests.
The master bedroom exudes luxury with a bed cushioned in rexine finish. A back panel with black marble texture, fluted with bronze mirror accents, enhances its opulence. The dressing unit, fully laminated, complements the high-gloss laminate wardrobe with black smoke glass shutters. Together, these elements create a lavish ambiance, ensuring the master bedroom feels both elegant and indulgent.
