The Principal Architect shares that the design process involved addressing structural constraints by strategically repositioning doors and windows. This adaptation was crucial in achieving the desired natural lighting and functionality. The contemporary furniture—featuring sleek, low-profile sofas and minimalist tables—was carefully selected to align with the client’s preference for subtlety and comfort. Where living meets dining, the open-concept design effortlessly connects the living room with the dining area, creating a seamless flow ideal for both entertaining and everyday comfort. Featuring a modern sofa and armchairs, a stylish centre table, and a well-decorated main wall, this area is enhanced by an eye-catching modern lighting fixture.
