The main theme used in this sprawling residential home is contemporary. The colour combinations are mainly white along with complementing neutral tones and primary / secondary colours. The interiors showcase simplicity, elegance, sophistication and clean lines. These lines are found in the geometric shapes used in whether it is in the wall trimmings, wall decor, wall paneling, wall tiles or even the ceiling.
The use of stone veneer sheets and truly unique veneers add a touch of contrast to the overall white-coloured walls of each room and highlight each space bravely. No two rooms have any repetition of veneer.
The main entrance is designed in such a way that it appears very warm and welcoming. The minimalistic design and optimal positioning of lights gives it an alluring look.
The formal living room has neutral tones, with occasional bold color infused in pops from artworks and soft fabrics.
The informal living room has quite a mix of textures. Wood, stone and soft fabrics give it a highly unique appearance. Similar mix of textures is seen in the foyer.
The Pooja room is one of the brightest spaces of the home with onyx used as wall cladding showcasing translucent waves.
The dining area, being the largest space of this home is completely in neutral theme with wooden ceiling which mounts a beautiful linear, statement chandelier.
White lacquered glass with wallpapers as highlights is commonly used on all of the wardrobes of every room to make the bedrooms even brighter and hence they appear rather spacious.
There are two kitchens – a wet kitchen as well as a dry kitchen in this luxurious home. The all-white classic and elegant looking kitchen has acrylic finish and gola profile handles to add to the seamless look and clean lines.
The contemporary interiors of this home consist of a primarily neutral color palette of whites, creams and grays, browns with pops of bold and pastel color in accent pieces, such as wall art, lamps and throw pillows. This approach in the design also makes it possible to update the rooms to keep up with evolving styles, like a statement area rug or a bold artwork piece, mainly in the living, dining and bedrooms.
Ducted air-conditioning system is used throughout the home. It is blended so well with the false ceiling designs that it does not at all affect interior aesthetics.
Each space right from the entrance to the internal rooms and as well as bathrooms are designed in a clutter-free manner, cultivating a sense of openness as contemporary style borders on minimalism.
There are two spacious balconies with splendid views to gaze at. One is near the dining area and another as an extension of the informal living room. Not only are the views attractive, but the ventilation from these areas is also well planned and quite functional.
For the lighting, there are big windows for natural light and deliberate selections of light fixtures, like track lighting (in the kitchen), chandeliers (in the dining area and the pooja room) and pendant lights (in the living area and bedrooms) that are unpretentious yet high quality.
