Mudra, a 3BHK residence ornated by UnI Design Group, is a refined blend of cultural heritage and modern sophistication. Located near High Street in Majestic Signature Towers, Pune the design reflects a deep-rooted connection to tradition while embracing contemporary sensibilities. Subtle yet expressive, the interiors are crafted to evoke harmony, where every detail resonates with grace and mindfulness.
The Principal Designer shares that “Mudra Reflection” is a thoughtfully designed 3BHK residence where elegance meets cultural symbolism. Drawing inspiration from classical mudras—each representing balance, grace, and mindfulness—the design harmoniously blends tradition with contemporary aesthetics. This philosophy is evident in the spatial flow, choice of materials, and intricate detailing, which create an atmosphere of serenity and refinement.
Welcoming Entrance
The entrance sets a welcoming tone with a circular design motif panelling symbolizing balance and continuity. A combination of warm lighting, textured walls, and sleek cabinetry enhances functionality while maintaining an inviting aesthetic.
Refined Living Area
The living area reflects the Abhaya Mudra (gesture of protection), with neutral tones, textured wall panels, and curated artwork evoking warmth. A modern seating arrangement optimizes space, creating a seamless blend of comfort and style. The integration of ambient cove lighting enhances depth, while artistic wall accents bring a dynamic yet serene character to the space.
Graceful Dining Area
The dining area, inspired by the Anjali Mudra (gesture of offering), features a bespoke dining table with natural stone inlays and geometric pendant lights that create a sophisticated focal point. The mirrored panels amplify the sense of space, adding an element of sophistication. Carefully chosen decor elements complement the refined setting, making the dining experience a warm and soothing environment.
Serenity Mandir Area
Nestled within the living area, the mandir exudes serenity with its intricate panelling, brass bells, and soft ambient lighting. A customized backdrop with Sanskrit verses elevates the spiritual ambiance, creating a tranquil space for daily prayers. The thoughtful fusion of traditional and contemporary elements creates a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
Elegant Kitchen Space
With the precision of the Kapittha Mudra (gesture of knowledge), the kitchen features quartz countertops, high-gloss cabinetry, and an optimized workflow. A neutral colour palette accentuated with warm under-cabinet lighting enhances the modern aesthetic. The glass display unit on the kitchen’s entrance seamlessly blends storage and style, while the ergonomic layout ensures effortless functionality. Reflecting both elegance and efficiency, the space embodies the perfect balance of form and utility.
Serene Master Bedroom
Inspired by the Dhyana Mudra (gesture of meditation), the master bedroom embraces a calming palette with Stone veneer-clad accent walls, bright lighting, and seamless storage solutions. The soft, layered textures enhance the sense of relaxation, while the glass sliding wardrobe adds a contemporary touch. Thoughtfully positioned pendant lights and modern ceiling decor create a warm and inviting ambiance, ensuring a tranquil retreat.
Haven Daughter’s Bedroom
Echoing the Prithvi Mudra (gesture of growth), the daughter’s bedroom integrates vibrant tones, modular storage, and interactive elements. The organic, sculptural headboard with illuminated details brings an artistic flair, adding a playful yet sophisticated touch. A fluid mirror and textured accent wall enhance depth, while the customized artwork and recessed lighting foster an inspiring and dynamic atmosphere. The daughter’s washroom features a curved mirror, fluted panelling, and warm ambient lighting, creating a chic and modern aesthetic.
Retreat Son’s Bedroom
The Son’s room, reflecting the Varada Mudra (gesture of compassion), combines warm hues with luxurious finishes for an inviting ambiance. A textured stone-clad accent wall adds depth, while pendant lights enhance the cozy atmosphere. Sleek wooden elements seamlessly integrate storage and decor, maintaining a balanced aesthetic.
