A luxurious 8000 Sq. ft., Private Villa in Rajouri Garden Showcasing a multifamily private villa in West Delhi where the design approach focuses on both functionality and aesthetic appeal which exemplifies a harmonious blend of luxury and meticulous craftsmanship.
The family required a bespoke design that catered to their specific needs, structured meticulously across four levels of living space. This home includes a private stilt parking area, an elegantly appointed entrance with well-designed gates, and a welcoming foyer.
The entrance foyer boasts of a luxurious staircase a magnificent chandelier casting a warm glow. The staircase has sensor-based ambient lighting illuminating your path also highlighting the exquisite white marble detailing. These majestic volumes elevate the line of vision and enhance space.
The upper ground floor serves as the formal area, with a double-height family lounge that showcases a striking accent wall adorned with elegant marble detailing and a statement chandelier. This floor also includes a formal drawing room, a modern kitchen, and a thoughtfully arranged dining space.
The floor above is dedicated to the master suite, complemented by a beautiful pooja room in the Northeast. A sunlit family sit-out area extends into a veranda with cosy seating, all curated in muted tones to create a serene ambience.
Unique spaces crafted to the family’s brief include a mini gaming room and a contemporary lounge with a meticulously designed bar area, perfect for entertaining guests at home.
