Swagat Agacia | Swetang Soni Architect | Gandhinagar
Swagat Agacia – a luxurious 4bhk apartment located in Gandhinagar near Sargasan circle. The client Mr Devang & Mrs Kruti Soni required to theme based colour design. A beautiful landscape foyer with rose gold name plate enhances the beauty of entrance. At the entrance, theme base blue console represents the openness and richness of the apartment.
We have done each space and area of the apartment with Vastu base theme colour. When you enter it gives the felling of happiness and refreshment. We have used Balinese flower pots, Italian green leather sofa, minnoti sofa for home theatre, hanging lights from Tisva and artist Nabibaksh Mansoori paintings.
Living Room
A rose gold chandelier adds beauty to it. A living room with mocha colour on wall and bronze mirror cladding wall as per Vastu. We have kept ceiling in morning glory colour to highlight the furniture. For contrast, we have used italian green leather sofa with decorative carved wooden side table. Also, we have added bali style blue flower pots for landscape environment. The wall is decorated with artist Nabibaksh Mansoori’s painting on blue theme base.
Dining Area
A wooden base Italian pattern dining with Irish brown marble on it. A dining wall highlight with beautiful golden nature painting. Tisva hanging lighting increases the beauty of it.
Kitchen
The client wants to express the vast area from living room. So, we haven’t created any barrier between kitchen & dining area. A modular kitchen done from Hafele also provides a breakfast counter with marble top on it.
Daughter’s Room
For client’s younger daughter Aashka, her room is done in grey theme with pink curtains. Used PU & back painted glass on wardrobe shutters. Also, a stylist mirror with back light on it.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is done in malt chocolate colour. Client wanted 2 mirrors in bedroom so we have done one shutter of wardrobe in mirror and rest are in PU. A walnut multi-function mirror with tisva hanging light on it.
Parent’s Room
For mother’s room, designed a bedroom with a Pichawai painting from a Nathdwara artist, due to their belief in Shreenathji. We used a pista green colour on wardrobe for calm mood.
Entertainment Room
One room we have converted to home theatre near entrance of the apartment. We have used a blue minotti sofa with couch.
Home Office
Servant room is converted into an office area. We have created 2 designer desks, for father and daughter. As per Vaastu, yellow colour is auspicious for office space.
